The move-in process has been smooth for the most part, and all employees have been a tremendous help! I would have enjoyed some access to the freight elevator during my process, however it was booked the entire day! :(

We applied during a transition of employees. Everyone is super nice, but not the most organized. If you’re applying, be prepared to hound them about progress. Also, it doesn’t seem like they are too familiar with the programs they use. We were delayed due to them not knowing how to use a service they require. If it wasn’t for us being tech savvy, we would’ve never moved forward. Other then that, everything was stellar

I love this building and my apartment except my neighbors are the worst. I know all apartment living has noise and I can deal with that but this one girl is loud af screaming at her bf in the middle of the night, throwing stuff, moving furniture around at 5am, and stomping around like she Sasquatch. She also sounds like she plays basketball indoors against the walls. I would be more understanding if it was a kid but she doesn’t have one. She’s just inconsiderate! Another neighbor lets their dog go to the bathroom in the halls. Gross. Also I have nothing against smoking but the halls reek of it all the time. The noise is the worst part though. I can deal with pets and smoke honestly but the stomping drives me bananas. Management doesn’t do anything to help with the noise too or even ask people to be more considerate. Too bad too because all of my friends I have over love the building too and think about moving here until they hear my awful neighbors being loud af.

New management (Bozzuto) towed my truck and automatically charges “all residents” $270 cleaning fee when moving out. I stayed in a unit that faced Hill street and had a balcony. Not the wisest decision. Constant noise from the street - sirens, honking, screaming, and engines roaring. I was sleep deprived most days. When Bozzuto took over, they decided to tow tenant’s vehicles for parking in an area where tenants had always parked (at least since I lived there). They towed without warning. It cost me $600 to get my truck. And the worse thing is coming to the parking lot and not seeing your truck - I thought it was stolen and this is a place I’m supposed to call home?? Then when I moved out and received my move out charges, I was charged $270 for cleaning. When I asked them what had to be clean they simply replied saying all residents are charged a cleaning fee. Okay? That’s not a reasonable explanation. Don’t expect to get your full deposit when you move out. The only convenient thing about this location is proximity to work if you’re working in DTLA. Other than that, it’s a dog town with it being close to 5th street. I hope your experience is better than mine.

It is a lovely place, so many lavish amenities, always clean, apartment inside are nice, upgraded. The gym is absolutely stunning! The pool, just wow cabana style. Rooftop is stunning and relaxing! Only complaint would be general walkways are hot. When walking through the hallways and to the elevator it is hot and we sweat in the summer heat. Very uncomfortable how hot and stuffy the walkways are, didn’t expect this for a luxury style apartment.

The building is very new and very well maintained. The amenities are clean and functional. Staff is very friendly and available. The price is a bit steep. The worst part is the parking: it is not included and it costs 175$ more per month to have a UNASSIGNED spot. The problem is that the lot is shared with a public parking, so at times it's very hard to find a spot

Alice did it for me! She showed me and my girlfriend around in such a way that made it easy for us to want to sign the lease on the spot. We've been here for a couple of weeks now and we love it here. Common areas are clean, the gym is perfect for me, and I have yet to try the pool but it looks great. My bike was locked up in bike storage which is also locked but someone was able to grind off my bike lock and steal my bike. No response from management other than a email from the property with no name saying they will look into it. Talk to concierge and they asked me come to the front desk to fill out a security report. When I showed up taking time off work, no one knew what I was referring to then made me wait 15 mins while the concierge did nothing even though there were clearly people in the office alone. I’ve lived here since the building opened and was the 1st resident and I’ve never felt so disrespected and ignored. It would be have sufficient if management just came up and gave me some reassurance instead of talking to the concierge who didn’t seem to care but just reluctantly played middle man communicating with management who was literally 10 feet away.

2 years in and loving it! My favorite part was when I came back after a long work trip and when i walked in through the front entrance with my luggage the concierge greeted me "welcome home" and it made me feel all the feels.

We have lived here for a little over a year and have loved it! The amenities are great, parking is covered and monitored, and all units come with washer and dryer (and other great appliances) - the parking and W/D combination seems to be hard to come by in LA. Everything is well maintained and the staff and neighbors are so friendly! Plus, the occasional social events are fun!

My unit has been leaking water from the ceiling for over a month. Management is not providing proper updates, and taking care of this issue. Initial water leak started over a month ago, not sure how much longer I have to live with a giant hose and a water bucket in the middle of my living room.

We love living at Trademark! The apartments and amenities are so modern and chic. Everyone so nice and lovely...from the maintenance people to the front desk concierges to the janitorial crew - everyone is SO kind! The apartments feel safe and the parking is never an issue. Affordable rent considering everything the apartment comes with!

My wife and I's lives have improved greatly by moving into the Trademark. We stayed in our cramped one bedroom NYC apartment for too long and it feels wonderful to have such space and amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful.

While I initially loved living at Trademark, things went downhill for me. I have a neighbor below me who blasts their music and bass so loud I can hear it at all hours of the night. It comes up right through the floors. Management has tried to address the issue to not avail for nearly 6 months. Now that it’s time to renew my lease; I asked if I could move units. That’s no problem IF I pay market rent (and not the renewal amount for my current unit). So to get a unit just like mine, I will now have to pay nearly $500 more a month because it is a “competitive time” in the summer. Instead of working with me at all, I am now left deciding whether or not I will move out or stay near my terrible neighbors. So trademark will now have another vacant unit if I leave instead of letting me move to one that’s been vacant since April because I won’t pay out the nose for it. Really disappointed in the building.
Beautiful, well-maintained apartments in walkable DTLA, while still being quiet. The apartment is everything we were looking for.

The Trademark DTLA has been a great place to call home. The community as a whole is remarkable from the location in DTLA, the incredible amenities, the cleanliness of the property, and the friendly, professional staff have really made living in Trademark amazing. The care the staff takes in cleaning all the common areas (daily dismantling and cleaning the grills is above and beyond) The pool area with its adjacent cabanas makes one feel as though you're in a resort, which is really what the property is to me, a resort. The gym makes you want to work out, even when you don't. The interactive equipment makes getting fit fun. Whether you're watching the stars from the rooftop deck in the hammock or watching a movie or sports in the community room with your neighbors, there is a space for you to enjoy the lifestyle The Trademark has to offer. The units boast a clean, modern aesthetic blank canvas for your personal touch. The double-paned, insulated windows and doors suppress much of the city's energetic sounds for your comfort and relaxation. Pet friendly, people friendly. If you love "community living" I would give The Trademark DTLA a try.

We had to move on pretty short notice and Daniel made the transition super quick and easy. He let us know exactly what we needed and was very communicative throughout the whole process. The apartments themselves are also amazing. Very clean, updated appliances, and beautiful amenities from the pool and the gym to the rooftop dog park. 10/10 building and staff
