It has been a great experience for my first apartment. We have very little complaints. Just sometimes if we have to call maintenance it takes them a while to show up but they still get the job done. Neighborhood is nice and I love the parking lot so I don’t have to park on the street

The neighborhood is very quiet. Lots of kids in the neighborhood with a PAL center for the kids. My building is very quiet and my neighbors are very friendly.

App is easy to use leasing manager helps a lot when things need to be done. Maintenance is ok. It’s quiet plenty of private parking not so much on Main Street.

Pros and cons…nice and comfortable space with large closets dishwasher and my favorite ..washer dryer in apartments….Cons are visitors parking..if you don’t buy a visitor’s parking pass ($100) you basically can’t have visitors unless they are willing to be towed …no controlled access …with growing crime in the area I think it’s needed.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and this is my 1st apartment. I don’t have any major complaints. The leasing office and maintenance team are responsive. My neighbors aren’t too loud and the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. I don’t use the amenities, so I can’t speak much about them but I like that we have an Amazon Hub Locker for our packages. My apartment is spacious enough for me and my 2 cats (I have the 1 bedroom and a den). I wish my appliances were updated, but that’s just me being picky. My favorite thing is my balcony. Overall it’s a nice place especially if it’s your 1st apartment

Nice spacey homes. Few issues with pest. Rent becomes way higher than advertised due to all these fees. Other than that though I do love my home.

I've been living here for several years and my overall experience has been pretty good the staff is ready to be friendly maintenance usually respond in a timely manner I like that they keep the inside of the hallways clean you know this fresh the grounds are usually somewhat clean that could be a little bit better but overall it has been pretty good here

They engage with the community a lot, it is cute how they set up things like cookie days and movie nights. I have seen a lot of police cars and fire engines, but that is the neighborhood not them.

My experience has been pretty decent. Especially lately with the newer upgrades they are slowly but surely putting into the complexes. I love the upgrades to the doors and hallways! And maintenance has definitely been better.

Staff has moved me into a roach infested apartment. Dead roaches on the floor as I moved in and I just see more and more every day. The process of moving into this apartment has been everything but smooth. The leasing office barely answers the phones and seems to not care about any of my concerns. I don’t have a working mailbox key and was told to just catch the mail lady when she comes. There is peeling paint on almost every wall and holes in all of the windows. The positives are I received a brand new washer/dryer as well as a new refrigerator. However I barely want to use them as roaches have been coming from every nook and cranny. I have tried to contact upper management to no avail.Really displeased with this property.

Not the best but not the worst. Affordable means you’ll sacrifice certain things like safety features and less amenities (despite an increase in amenities fees). Overall I’ve had worse so it’s good enough for now
Carpeting and sizing is nice. Neighbors seem friendly. Light fixture, AC, and faucet drain not working correctly. Informed about AC prior to moving in and was told it'd be a week. It has been well over that with no news.

For a crowded residential area , it doesn’t feel crowded. I think it’s probably 3 other apartments complexes and it fits together. So far quiet , clean and spacious.

the staff are incredibly sweet and quick to solve problems. however, when i moved into my apartment, there were an incredible amount of things wrong that i had to get fixed and am still getting fixed.

So far, these past 8 months have been nice. The neighborhood was an unsure experience but it seems to be steady. I would love to have a better summer experience so we will see how that goes

It’s been a nice experience with towson crossing a couple minor things with the apartment but overall I enjoyed my new home and my stay there quiet the home is comfy and the area is very convenient

great place, I love living here. The community is very welcoming and safe. This place is affordable and a great distance from gas stations, malls, fast food, places, and any other necessities that you might need for everyday living

Apartments are spacious with washer dryer dishwasher and close to shopping groceries and fast food. The gym is small but nice . Down side is no visitors parking unless you pay for each visitor to have a pass which is not cheap so if you have children and family that visit they do and will tow the car so you may not have visitors

Maintenance is very good. Quick and curtious. Only problem is the amount of dog poop left in grass. Be cautious where you walk. My daughter and I step in it at least once a week.

I just moved here 2 weeks ago and so far I LOVE MY HOME! The neighborhood and the building is really quiet. The ladies in the rental office were nice and helpful.

odd # of emergency vehicles but otherwise pretty nice good number of amenities, especially the dog poop bags/trash cans. in winter they were great at salting and shovelling too

Moved in on March 11th. So far so good. The ladies in the leasing office is very helpful and nice. My building is very quiet. My next door neighbor is cool met him the first day I moved in.

It’s been a pretty good experience! Have had no real complaints besides some noisy neighbors but recently it’s been hard to get into contact with management. We have some neighbors that are really disgusting and littering off their balcony and we’ve emailed them multiple times and still no response. Besides inconsistent communication, our experience has been fine!

Overall experience has been satisfactory. However, there have been several maintenance issues that took too long to resolve. The parking policy is an issue when residents have visitors. There should be additional parking spaces for visitors.

The apartments are okay. It's not the most quiet neighborhood but it's fine. Maintenance is slow with response time but they are slowly improving their response time.

Our experience has been a decent 4 years. We live in an in updated apartment one bedroom with a den. Any maintenance issues have been solved pretty quickly including leaks, replacing broken amenities, and fixing heat when lost. Not a bad experience overall.

The building is very vague. There's no camera and no lock in the mailroom (lobby) . Anyone can get access through. They have stolen my packages so many times. (Very frustrating). The building smells like weed 90% of the time. They barely clean it. Be ready to have your blood boil if you decide to move into these complexes.

We offer a wonderful amenity in the community, an Amazon hub, that can help prevent the package issue from reoccurring. We don't offer any secured access buildings or smoke-free buildings but we can address the issue in the community. Lastly, we have a new cleaning team so we hope this resolves the cleanliness issue. Nice very nice neighborhood and community. Close to so many stores and malls. The management team seems very nice. My daughter can't stop talking about the property management and how nice and helpful some of them are. Especially the property manager and assistant manager.
