The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Township Square
Lived here for three years and this will be my last year here due to me moving for a job. Aside from that, it’s a nice area and a nice apartment complex. It’s absolutely NOT worth the price though. For the amount you are paying and not even getting a washer and dryer hookup, I highly suggest looking elsewhere and using this place as a last resort. Maintenance is a pretty big problem too here. I had my AC go out on me last August, they did provide me with a portable ac unit which was absolutely thoughtful but it didn’t cool as much and ran my electric bill up so bad. I then had my heat go out and that wasn’t till a month later. They did do it in a somewhat kinda timely manner but it could’ve been faster. My only other complaint about maintenance is they just knock on your door and walk in, when a call to the tenant to let them know what time they are coming in would be nicer. Aside from that, it’s okay. Not the best but not the worst.
I lived here for 3 years and we recently had a flood that caused mold build up in our apartment. The leasing office and insurance company they work with refused placing us somewhere while repairs are made to our unit, which it took them a week to take action on a moldy apartment. They told us we can either end our lease within the next week and somehow find a new place to rent to us within a week OR continue paying rent on our unit and they told us either way we can’t stay in the unit for the next month. Avoid Township Square there is much better out there, they show no empathy for families and only care about getting they’re rent for they below basic overpriced units.
Office and maintenance staff have been amazing compared to other places in Saginaw that I have lived. If I call maintenance they are out next day or even same day. I've had to wait over a week at other places for really simple things. Office is great and willing to help with anything
I have lived her for almost 3 years now and don't plan on going anywhere. The office staff is always very nice and cheerful. Elizabeth has gone out of her way to help me multiple times. The staff has taken the time to get to know me and my family. When I do need maintenance it is always quick and they let me know whats going on. There are a lot of great things in the community, pool , fitness center , events, ect. Its a nice quiet area to walk around the community and meet your neighbors.
I stayed in Township Square Apartments about 2 years. My overall experience is very good. Apartments are well maintained with excellent amenities. Office staffs (Ben, Elizabeth and Xavia) are very co-operative and approachable. Maintenance guy also good, they always fixing issues quick and proactively. Gym, tennis court, indoor/outdoor swimming pool etc are well maintained Property manager Benjamin is very nice person, He is supportive and always listening as well as addressing concerns positively. *FIVE STAR* to overall place including staff especially property manager and very nice person “Benjamin”. I and my family members had a very pleasant stay here with good memories in past 2 years which I will always cherish.
First and foremost, the "wood" flooring is actually a piece of plastic. All of the closet doors are made of metal. My A/C broke in June and it didn't get fixed until October. Washing machines and dryers always broke and there's no maintenance after 4:30PM. They also decided to come in and replace my AC unit when I wasn't home and without any notice, even with me asking for notice. But you should definitely feel better cause one of the maintenance guys will be there... ??????????? This place is backwards as it gets.
Great building with fairly quick on site handymen. 2 pools and a great gym. Laundry on site and cheap storage available in basement. A little pricey for Saginaw so couldn't give it 5 stars!
I have been greeted warmly and received excellent customer service . The apartment sizes are great for the price and I enjoy the extras they provide: fitness center indoor /outdoor pool.
