Lighting it up Our lights went out and was uncertain about when they were going to get restored. One of our outlets was outdated and needed upgraded . The manager and maintenance moved in ways beyond expected I'm truly grateful to have a team of people who consider your concerns and go over and beyond to make sure their tenants receive the best attention needed.
Maintenance feedback review The request was partially done but they responded and jumped on it with integrity. I'm just waiting patiently for them to return to finish the work. Other than that, I've never had any problems with delays or long waiting for any work needed. Thanks for making our stay valued and heard.
Toilet I believe it needs a new flapper valve. They have been here twice,, and the toilet still runs
Maintenance feedback The maintenance guy from Townsend Apt homes on Townsend Blvd did an amazing job with what was requested. He was more than professional, he explained the issue and went over and beyond to ensure us our concern was being taken care of. We need more dedicated people like him to bring peace in the most of what we thought was chaos.

The property manager has changed 4 times in a year and a half. The maintenance ISSUES are problematic and left unresolved due to lack of communication and effective reinforcement. I am exhausted from dealing with issue after issue. There are several. Considering the quality of negligence, they are not worth the asking price. The main issue is that the pipes are rusting. Some residents, not all, have had serious issues with bugs. The apartments need to be gutted. If you're wise, you would save yourself from considering moving here. I've come across atleast 3 separate neighbors who claim that they were issued eviction notices when they went to the court to pay their rent rather than paying the complex directly, sabotaging rental credit. As far as feedback goes, the management responds with blatant denial, regardless of the photos or videos. They fired atleast 2 maintenance personnel that I know of who have attempted to offer legitimate assistance.
Put in a work over a month ago and not done yet i think they are the in the outside yard and nothing inside. Don't move they never fix anything inside the apartments units. I have seen that people are moving out for this reason. I think the manager has told them to spend no money on the apartments here at all. You will not ever get anything at all replaced or any repairs done at all.
The communication is horrible here. I contacted them and applied almost 1 month ago for my first apartment. I paid my fees and submitted the application online. A few days had passed and I decided to check back in to see how the process was going. Nearly 5 days later, turns out that my application wasn't even processed or reviewed by the manager! That should have been a huge red flag for me! I eventually got pre-approved, but I had to decline a job offer because I wouldn't have been able to be moved in on time. I ended up getting another offer and tried to let them know. I have called 4 different numbers numerous time, emailed and tried everything to get in touch with them, (they also put the initial unit I was going to move into back on their website) and I have not heard back from them nearly 1 week later. I am so disappointed and I feel like I wasted my time and money trying to get into a unit. I ended up applying for another apartment in the area, and I was approved in less than 24 hours after submitting my application. Based on this terrible experience, I will not recommend this complex to anyone.
Every since they have been combined with eagles pointe THE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE U HAVE TO WAIT DAYS AND DAYS TO GET ANYTHING DONE & not to mention No matter how many days do you call in advance for pest control they will not send them on Tuesdays I cannot wait until the lease is up do not waste your money and move here.
The outside (the building itself not the grounds) could use a little tlc but the inside are very nice and spacious, but I did have problems. When we first moved in the apartment was not clean, the water heater kept acting up, the a/c went out but they put in a new one, most recently we had issues with water leaking from the walls, and ceiling, for the walls maintenance said it was everything until they found out it was a pipe that they said needed to be replaced they stopped the leak, we also got a new refrigerator but only b/c they thought it was the thing that was leaking, it was not but I'm not mad b/c the last fridge sucked and looked horrible. The ceiling was leaking b/c the neighbor upstairs a/c was leaking it happened twice but they finally got it to stop. Even though I had these problems the apartments overall are nice and has nice tile flooring, kitchen is nice size along with the bedroom and walk in closet. I only wish they had washer dryer connections in apartment, but they have on site laundry center. Also I was told by the office these places were built in the 1970s.
Its a nice place has lots of space but it is older and we have had issues with the air conditioner (got replaced), water heater, and unknown flooding
