Property Ratings at Townhomes with a View
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management has changed 3 times in two years and the newest group decided to ignore our recently signed lease renewal and charged us an additional 900+ "adjustment" for the month to month they assumed we were looking for. I'm already contacting a lawyer and the Oregon housing department. For your own sake, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Update: We only got our lease issues fixed by going over their heads and contacting the owners directly. Since then, they have lied to us about the utility payments changing before our lease officially ends, raising it from $65 to over $200, and it fluctuates now. They have lost our renters insurance for the 9th or 10th time. Read the other reviews. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Charges for parking requires a pass to park have had my.car towed three times with my parking pass clear as day in my front window have heard numerous people including my self have had their cars broken into or stolen they won't do anything or care even tho we pay to park yet no nightly routine security drives thru or checks for criminal activity half the appliances don't work or are faulty and out dated in one form or another the electrical wiring is a joke try running a vacuum while dryers going ur gonna throw a breaker switch traps heat inside zero air flow through these homes heaters have a tendency to just short out and stop working internet Jack's are in idiotic locations small back patios tiny storage closets if ur on the bottom floor get use to hearing every single noise from upstairs and ur next door neighbors well you might as well be in the room with them cause you can hear every word they say and anything they do. Do your self a favor and look else were

Due to Circumstances beyond our control our stay here was short (5 months) we really liked our apartment , it was comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the landscaping wasn't good unless you lived on the main drive. Things would often be overgrown and paths never swept. a bit of a hike to walk anywhere . But bus service was good.

I had to shorten my review so Im going to try and make this to the point. Move in: Chelsea lied to us and showed us a unit that would in her words, look exactly like ours. When we moved into ours, it was completely different. 2 pages worth of things wrong with our unit during move in inspection. Only a small handful of them were "fixed". Only ever got 10-15 minutes of hot water in our 1 year of occupancy. They would not fix our hot water heater (among other things). Horrible insulation. Loud. Bad parking. Mailboxes were broken into twice, took several months to get them fixed. Meanwhile we had to go to post office every time we wanted our mail. They "lost" our move-in inspection list and charged us for all the things that were wrong before we moved in. It took 6 months to get an outlandishly low deposit back. Please do not let the visuals of this place or its location lure you in like it did us, please please keep looking!

The only thing good about this place is the location. Horrible management and staff. Way over priced. There are homeless people living under buildings and in the forest. Don't be fooled by the good ratings. The employees are giving 5 stars to increase ratings.

The two people that made the move in completely painless are Chelsea and Jennifer. They both go above and beyond making the move in go smoothly as possible. The previous companies in charge of this property were completely a mess since these they took over you can see the difference. Since I've lived here several months they both have made every interaction painless actually enjoyable compared to other management companies I've dealt with previously. The employees in maintenance make any problem easily solved no headaches or waiting long periods of time for things to be fixed. The property is well kept they dont let it start to look a mess on any level. Thank you Chelsea and Jennifer for standing out compared to the rest of property management employees!

We have lived here since April 2017 and very pleased with the property and staff. Our unit is warm and cozy. Plus, it's a great location with easy access to freeway and MAX. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! The staff is so amazing. Chelsea worked closely with us and gave us a chance when no one else would. My home is beautiful and I love that I can talk with staff about any issue and they actually resolve it. Very understanding and patient and feel like they actually care. I hope to call this place home for a loooooong time. Seriously, trying to find a home that was clean and quiet and that would work with us was getting to be such a challenge and then Chelsea from Townhomes with a view came along and literally our prayers were answered and within days we were HOME. LOVE IT. If you want that at home feel without that apartment feel come check it out. ask for Chelsea or ANY of the staff. they are all super sweet and amazing. Great location and amazing view..... Well I just can't thank the amazing Chelsea and Jennifer enough. Chelsea is the sweetest young girl and helpful and patient and extremely informative and respectful and has something a lot of younger people don't have today... FOLLOW THROUGH. And Chelsea followed through on every call and promise she made, and Jennifer had such patience with me when I could not decide between a 1 or 2 bedroom. She just explained the amenities of both and totally didn't push at all for one or the other, just left it up to me. And the best maintenance dept I've ever dealt with. Extremely nice, helpful, and don't treat you like your on a conveyor belt for them to get to the next appt.And very thorough with their work. If anyone is moving to Clackamas, the ONLY right choice is Town Homes with a View. Very very very pleasant experience and ask for Chelsea or Jennifer. I moved to Townhomes with a View a few months ago now, and I honestly have no complaints or gripes about the unit or the complex itself. Location is great being so close to all shopping options a person may need, all while being much quieter than other apartment communities located closer to Clackamas Town Center. Maintenance and staff has been responsive and helpful. The leasing agent I worked with, Chelsea made the whole transition to Townhomes very easy and enjoyable. She was able to resolve any questions I had very quickly. I very much recommend Townhomes with a View, chelsea, and the staff in general.

I have lived in Townhomes with a View for two years and I absolutely LOVE it. It is conveniently located to I205 and everything you could ever need. I have lived at Townhomes With a View for 2 months after being at another complex in the area for 6 years. The office team was friendly to work with. Minor frustration with limited office hours. If you are employed, it does make it hard to have face to face contact with the staff. I have had a couple of substantial maintenance issues, but they were resolved as quickly as possible. Maintenance was friendly and nice to work with. I enjoy the location and atmosphere. Even though this complex is significantly older than the one we moved from, my daughter loves it. "Homey" was the word she used. There are not specifically assigned parking spots, just zones which can be frustrating. There are people that take advantage of parking without having the required sticker; however, I do believe it is hard for management to monitor. Sometimes it is hard to find a spot in your zone on a weekend night. The amenities are nice. I do hope the rent stays reasonable because I would like to call this complex home for awhile.

We have been here for more than seven years and we just love our condo. If you want to live in a super location, have beautiful foliage around you, fantastic views and super people all around the complex this is your place. The grounds are always clean and taken care of by the maintenance group. The management here is always super in helping you and they always listen to what you need. We love this place and have never been as happy as living in Townhomes With A View. Come by and check this location out, you will not be unhappy that you did.

I just recently moved to Townhomes with a View, and I have been so thrilled I did! The community is lovely, well-maintained, and clean! (A big difference from my last apartment community!) Tera and all the staff I've encountered thus far have been extremely responsive to questions, concerns, needs, etc. I so appreciate everyone's friendly, "can-do" attitude! The best thing is the apartment itself! It feels more like an actual home than an apartment. It's little details - moldings, granite countertops, laminate hardwoods, etc., that make the difference. It's a place where I look forward to come through the door, and somewhere I'm excited to invite guests. Really beautiful and comfortable!

Mitch and I have been living at Townhomes with a View for about a year or so now. We were warmly welcomed by Tera, who has been amazing to work with. When we do have an issue (which is rare, and not a huge issue by any means) she responds quickly and in a timely manner. I've lived at Townhomes with a View for a year and a half now with my little dog Sophie. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The loft apartments are spacious and affordable. It's not the most luxurious/ updated of apartments but the space and affordability really makes up for it. There's a nice outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs. I love the location as it's super convenient to get onto I205 but not so close where the highway noise is an issue. The community here is very friendly and I feel safe walking my dog around the property. The management is always there when you need it and are a total pleasure to work with.

SUPER KUDOS TO TERA AND THE REST OF THE TEAM! Throughout my life i have lived in many apartments, work as part of an apartment manager team, rented homes, lived in a condo run by an HOA. NEVER, in all those experiences, have i had the pleasure of living in a community where the residents were listened to and cared for like the experience here at Townhomes With A View. You can always count on Tera's, the head of the management team, door being open and she is always ready to listen to whatever issue one might have. No matter the challenge, she's ready to take it on! Not only that, if she is not around, you can count on one of the rest of the team to step in and do what it takes to get the job done. You can tell right away they have a mutual respect for one another and the care of the tenants and the property are priority number 1. This past year especially, they have worked hard to primp the property into tip-top shape, never overlooking the smallest detail. My only hope is that now everything is "bright and shiny", so to speak, they don't the move the team to another location. After living at Town Homes with a View, a proximity 3 years , we are currently moving again. I love the deck and the marble counters,those are awesome. Heating is terribly expensive, drafts flow nicely through. Summer, Spring and fall are the sugar ant months have patience, get a big can of Hot Shot. The ants are in the wall and sometimes the carpet. These ants will get in no matter how clean you keep your place, the ants show up in any room and there can be a ton of them in the morning near the front door. Be ready for these things, The management is great but the kitchen is very narrow. Very nice cabinetry thoughout. We are leaving due to a steep rise in rent, We are Tennants in good standing. It stays cool in the summer nicely on a 1st floor apt. I call it a tree house (the management will spray for ant removal free upon request)
