During my stay of almost 2 years the complex had gone under management 3 different times. Ants were ridiculous during the summer and walls are very thin. We had numerous problems with the heat, which took maintenance almost a week to fix because he would say he'd be back and wouldn't return for a day or two. Property manager was always hard to get into contact with.
Not ready to move in when I drove more than 6 hours. Doors open an AC on...was mad because electricity in my name already. Toliet not attached to floor. holes in walls filled but not painted over. splashes of paint and food on the walls. kitchen dirty. Maintenance is a joke here. Office staff incompetent. Neighbors loud and trashy. Cars broken down everywhere. Not good. cannot wait till lease is up. might break it it's so bad.

It is a two bed,one bath style townhome. Nice walk-in master closet, spacious bedrooms. * NO A/C BUT WINDOW UNITS* upgrade Big eat-in kitchen with laudary room adjacent. Front & back door entrance/exit. Pet's welcome
