This was the nicest apartment complex I toured and have lived in. I highly recommend Sofie as your leasing agent. She was very knowledgeable about the property. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. She made the move in process very smooth. This was be far my best move in experience I have had at any property.

This place is great for roommates because it both bedrooms have a private bath and 2 closets. There is no roam towing, a fitness center, package locker and a nature trail fir my dog!

Overall I enjoy living here I think the leasing office does a great job responding to complaints and they are quick to respond to things that happen. They also added a courtesy office which is great, I have seen them in the evenings and night patrolling the property! Also maintenance team is so friendly. I see them working hard and they are always taking care of the community. I still think some of the people who live here should treat the community better, but like the location and how the office responds to situations.

Townhomes at 770 is an affordable, clean, and friendly apartment complex, just minutes from both the Florida State campus, FAMU and the TCC campus. I am a current resident of two years now and have loved my experience here for many reasons. The on-property leasing agents are here to assist with any needs as well as a maintenance team who is just a phone call away. Parking is never and no roam towing!. Lastly the 24 hour gym and parcel lockers are great! Looking forward years to 2023 here.

My roommate and I just moved in, and it has been a great experience so far! The staff is super friendly and really accommodating. We had some issues on move in day with our keys, and Booker came to our rescue. The facilities and complex are clean and well kept, and the location is great. Would recommend!

We love our community. We have been here 9 mths and I don’t see the reason for some of the negative reviews. This is our first apartment living experience and we have not been disappointed. Sure there will always be things that are not perfect, but how things are handled makes a huge difference. Love the nature trail. Our townhouse is perfect! I love the pet friendly feel in the community. Maintenance is top-notch and always handled with speed and professionalism.

I've been with TH770 over a year, and I absolutely love it. My unit is beautiful and spacious, vinyl flooring with soft grey carpet. Nice backyard space for my doggies to play (on leash) and have fun. The pool is cleaned so often and I try to take a dip every now and then. The bedrooms have two walk in closets each and the ceilings are so high. Overall great community!

They are VERY unprofessional. Office manager is TERRIBLE and unsympathetic. They moved me into a DIRTY apartment. Nothing was cleaned. Light switches don’t work, hole in door, tub was filthy, toilet don’t flush. Save your time and money.

The office/staff is absolutely awful. They do not care about you, they do not answer their phones or emails, and they are never in their office. They are extremely unhelpful with everything but when it’s time for them to get any kind of money from you they all of a sudden know how to get in contact with you
Do not live here ! They do not care about you , they do NOT answer phones , they send you your lease last minute and maintenance will complete your maintenance request but not really do it!

Do not live here! My fiancé’s car has been broken into two times and they stole his personal items. The lady (Heley) told us that this place is not responsible for his safety. I can not believe it because his been living here for three years and I thought this was very disrespectful. They did not even suggest to boost up security or make it seem like they care. Horrible experience!!! Act like you care about your residents!!!
First impressions of this place is that it look wonderful but don’t be fooled. First things first, I called the leasing office to see if they had anything available and no one answered. When they finally did I was told I would have to wait to VIEW any kind of apartment because “of the weather”... it was raining. I’m not sure why I couldn’t just view it that day as the staged apartment I was shown was literally across from the office. When I put in an application I waited over three days and still haven’t heard back from the leasing office. Everytime I stopped by to check in and get an update on anything I got the run around. I called multiple times at different times of the day... on different days of the week. Being new to Tallahassee I didn’t have much time to find a place and found waiting around to be a huge inconvenience as my hotel stay came to a close. And if you think that I’m being dramatic, I literally went to another apartment complex and got approved on the spot and signed my lease within the next three hours of touring the property. Not to mention 770 didn’t even run my application through (yes I would have known because there was no hit on my credit that I’m updated on immediately) and I paid $100.00 for my boyfriend and myself. Can I get a refund?! If I put an application in, why am I the one reaching out to you... shouldn’t they be reaching out to me! Overall, if you’re looking to move in here make sure you have time and patience because if the application process is as slow as it is I can only imagine how long it takes them to get back to you if you have a request for your unit.
We just moved in. The new owners and management are AWESOME!!! Townhomes at 770 are all refurbished to look brand new. The facilities are clean and well maintained.
Just rented an apartment from the new owners, nice job, nice place. Really like the new washer and dryer in my house. Office staff was reasonable and the manager was pleasant.
Do not sign any type of lease to move here! Office and staff doesn't care about tenants, maintenece staff goes thru property when supposedly working to fix your property, and renovation was HALF WAY JOB! Paint splatters, wood chips, broken doors, AC works on and off. DO NOT allow new property owners to bamboozle you into living here!! Their renovations started outside instead of meeting tenants needs or even introducing themselves to tenants!
First let's start things off by saying the floor plans and pictures are NOT the same as the actual town homes. NEVER under any circumstance move into these apartments. Don't let the new ownership and seemingly nice looking property fool you. The management is unreasonable and unhelpful, if you have any issues here you're better off paying for someone to come fix them for you instead of waiting on the management to do something about it. I just got back from vacation and left absolutely no food out and the whole place was clean before I left, and I came back to cockroaches downstairs and maggots in the dishwasher. It happens to be the same issue I had on move in day except old management fixed it right away and these guys just told me I need to wait until next Wednesday. Today is Thursday. They will treat you with disrespect if you're a college student just because they can. Also, there is no longer a garbage can close to the first two buildings so people have to drive to it now or else you get fined if they see garbage outside of your apartment. If your air goes out on the weekends or not during regular business hours, the emergency maintenance will only fix it if it's above 85 degrees inside. All of these are happening because of new management. It will not get better.
Do not ever ever ever live here. This is the worst apartment complex ever. Management does nothing for you. Very umcomplient never live up to their promises. People in the office are very unhelpful and lazy.
Broken promises. Didn't honor transfer. Raised rent without knowledge.
