Situated just north of Austin, Georgian Acres is an energetic neighborhood with easy access to I-35. Founded in the 1800s largely as farming area, the neighborhood has become a hotspot for renters because of its relatively affordable homes and apartments and its proximity to the downtown area.
The neighborhood is largely residential but does have a few local restaurants and shops on the perimeter. Georgian Acres is a very walkable area with a few pocket parks located nearby, such as Payton Gin Park.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Towne Oaks II
Former resident at this location 615 e Wonsley Dr 78753 Live here for almost 8 year's but for long years we always was with allergies all the time or some nose clouded asking and asking found it It was for the mold in bathroom walls thing always reported to the manager and was painted and repainted year by year beside that is too much roaches all over (every single resident can proof you this) maintenance is kind of good but they can't do the best because management always stops them to do the right things, example my AC unit takes 18 months to get fixed, safety is not really good you will see a neighbor getting big argues until get fisicle fight or getting people shoot in the apartments or in the pool area vandalized your cars with broken windows stolen your stuff last year they started to get people with dog's more than usual and that was the BIG REASON I left the building my daughter 7 years old get a dog bite and office didn't do nothing still have some friends living in the building and they can tell you all of this is true even I have fotos and reports for all of this in same management office or even with the police so my recommendation is IF YOU'RE THINKING TO MOVE TO THIS PLACE THINK TWICE good luck (lone wolf)

Towne Oaks II has remained a pretty nice property many years. Isidoro, the head of maintenance is fabulous; if something needs fixing, he does it promptly. It's rare to wait long for a repair, which is one of the best things about this complex. I know many places are far slower to get things done. The current manager is Ashlee Funcannon, and she's doing a great job. There have been some problems with some tenants (noise, cleanliness, parking issues, etc.), and Ashlee has stepped in effectively. My main complaint is that when we do get a good manager, they are quickly transferred elsewhere, and a new person has to step in and start over. Keep Ashlee here!
