Situated just north of Austin, Georgian Acres is an energetic neighborhood with easy access to I-35. Founded in the 1800s largely as farming area, the neighborhood has become a hotspot for renters because of its relatively affordable homes and apartments and its proximity to the downtown area.
The neighborhood is largely residential but does have a few local restaurants and shops on the perimeter. Georgian Acres is a very walkable area with a few pocket parks located nearby, such as Payton Gin Park.

I have been the resident here at town oaks one going on 11 years I have always been very happy and have always felt very safe here the Management Team her really cares about the property and their tenants. The maintenance crew Is extremely proficient whenever I put in a request it is addressed immediately and Most of the time depending on the issue is repaired and taken care of within the hour. I have noticed a Positive change in Management and maintenance crew In about the past 3-4 years. And this definitely makes a difference

We lived in Towne Oaks 1 for 2 years and we will always have fond memories of the place! The staff and maintenance at Town Oaks 1 is the best by far! I've lived in apartments for about 10 years and I've never seen such responsive and friendly staff. Karla at front office was awesome! I don't remember the names of maintenance folks, but they were extremely efficient and would get the job done the same day. The location of this apartment is great! It's right at the junction of I-35 and 183. It can't get more central than that in Austin. We also like the old school town home setup with plenty of space. We don't see such homes/apartments coming up anymore. Thank you Towne Oaks staff, we greatly appreciate all you've done. Thanks, Santosh and Megha
I have lived here for over two years, I love that I dont have any neighbors above me or below me. Also a free carport so I wont have to be looking for parking at night. Very easy to get on IH 35 and highway 183 if i wanted to. Very good prices for the square footage and maintenance is great at what they do.
My wife and I loved this place! The neighborhood is very tranquil and the front office is always so nice. The maintenance is by far the best part of this place; we didn’t have many issues but when we needed something fixed, they got it done ASAP. If we hadn’t bought a house we would still be living here!
My husband and I just renewed for another year! We are so happy living here. We plan to stay until we can purchase a home. We love our one bedroom. Perfect for us two and our two fur babies. The property is older, so don't expect shiny and new. However the units, property and grounds are well taken care of. They are starting to do a lot of work around the grounds as well. Management and maintenance are wonderful.
Just moved in. Towne oaks is by far one of the best apartments I have lived at so far. Very nice community and cozy apartments. Clean, well-kept, etc. management is very helpful and courteous as well. I am a student so it's a pretty decent price too!
I knew some people who lived in this complex. I needed a place to live and took a look at the one bedroom. The really great thing about this place is the fact of many apartment floor plans and the wonderful choice of the majority has no worries of the loud neighbors above you. This feels like I live in a Tiny house. I don't have the crazy stairs to climb. I'm surrounded by lots of trees and grass. Not many complexes can offer that in a growing city. 5 years thus far. Not planning to give up the peace and quiet.
The apartments aren't stacked up on each other like ant hills. They are little cute mini houses. Huge beautiful trees covering the complex with two swimming pools. They don't have a workout gym however there is a washer and dryer accessible to everyone. This is a quite complex usually the residents are on the older side so don't expect loud annoying music on the weekends. The resident's have always been extremely nice and pleasant. Love this place.
