Towne Nashville

I just moved in on Saturday and everything went smoothly. Luckily I was on the first floor or else it would have been a little more difficult with the U-Haul truck not being able to fit in the garage.

Apartment is really nice, some spider webs and bugs upon move in but they have gone away after licing in the space. Ammenties and size is nice

Beautiful building and community. Management has been good so far. Residents seem quiet and pleasant. Apartment is gorgeous. Location and noise are the only downsides. People soliciting money at the corner, digging through dumpsters on property. Many cars driving past at night with loud mods & thumping bass. Regular siren noise.

Have really enjoyed living here, and have re-signed a couple times. Maintenance is REALLY good here too, and Guilianna is great as well!!!!!

Absolutely love living here at town , go glad to have made this my choice when I first moved here . I look forward to renewing my lease here.

This place is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and full of charming individuals. Giulanna is amazing and kind. The gym is top notch and right next to a very pleasant pool. I’m really looking forward to this year!

I Absolutely love living at towne Nashville! The staff is helpful and kind and the building is always clean and smells amazing! Maintenance is extremely attentive and friendly!

The complex itself is fantastic. Amenities are great. Gym is updated, pool is clean, golf sim could be improved, but not a priority. The only reason it is not 5 stars is the location. The area is up and coming, no doubt. Would recommend to a friend.

I truly enjoyed my time at Towne! I'm going to miss the community and great views of the city. I made lifetime friend ships that I'm so grateful for. Thanks for a great experience Towne!!

Seamless move-in experience! Great living here so far! The staff was very helpful in getting everything ready. Looking forward to using all of the amenities!

Apt is nice, maintenance 10/10, management gets like a 5/10. Property isn’t maintained super well and they aren’t very responsive. Just living here and not needing to interact with them is perfect though

I just moved in and have no complaints about the building. Parking is easy to find. The only complaint is the outside noise from cars racing or neighbors.

I enjoy living at Towne Nashville because the neighborhood is safe and the amenities are great! I look forward to renewing my lease for another year.??

The complex, pool and gym are great! The covered parking on your own floor is a plus. I would recommend living here to anyone that asks. Move to Towne Nashville!

So far so good! Wish the golf simulator had courses downloaded. The place is kept very clean. Leasing office has been extremely helpful when needed. Maintenance has also been great!

I have enjoyed living at Towne! Maintenance requests always handled quickly. Staff helpful and friendly. No issues with my neighbors. Convenient location.

The staff has a poor attitude and once you’ve signed your lease they stop caring about you entirely. The amenities are never working, and the policies are ever changing. On the bright side the maintenance team is great.

Just moved in! Leasing office are great and very helpful. The amenities look great, can’t wait to use the gym, pool and golf simulator. Looking forward to living here!

Love the safety the apartment applies. I Feel very safe. The apartment aesthetic and feel is very cool,chill, & chic. However, the pool is very small with the amount of people the apartment holds.

Great apartment overall! A lot of great amenities to choose from and a great location right near stuff in Germantown. It has a golf simulator and pool.

Fantastic. Could not be better at this time. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming. If anything, could have more social gatherings and events

We just moved here 3 days ago and this place answered any questions we had quickly and made our first few nights here and our moving in process very comfortable and easy. So glad we made the move here.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help with any issues that arise. We just transferred apartments and they made it as smooth as possible!

Parking for guests is limited and package room is crazy. The noise from the street gets so loud Ive had many sleepless nights. However, the trash valet is so convenient and the building is beautiful. I love all of the events the Apartment team throws and the leasing team is really nice and understanding.

The apartment community is upkept very well and the amenities are always clean. I think the golf simulator could use more attention as it is a more special amenity that requires more detailed attention.

The building is always clean and smelling fresh. Maintainence staff is proactive with issues. Also the Apartment living staff does awesome events! I love the location as well. All in all highly recommend!

Towne Nashville Apartments is everything you’d need in a place to stay. The community is welcoming and actively taking efforts to keep you engaged. A great place to live!

The building and amenities are great, but we could definitely use more guest parking. There are very few spots left for guests and the rest of the spots on the first floor are "reserved" but are usually left unoccupied.

This place has awesome amenities and great people and staff that live/work here. Maintenance guys are always very nice, friendly and respectful.

Great community and love that I’m in walking distance to all of the great restaurants and activities in Germantown! Also close to downtown and the interstate.

Towne has been great my family and I! The staff have been nothing short of kind & helpful with any concerns we have! The residents are a fun time and love how clean the community is!

The staff were helpful in choosing my apartment. The place came very clean and the amenities are beautiful. The overall vibe of the apartment complex is very pleasant.

Towne is probably a great place to live for some but not quite my vibe. Lots of dogs and the residents are kinda standoffish. Also recently a few cars were stolen out of our “secured” garage which is crazy because that was one of the selling points for me moving here was a safe garage for my new car. Luckily I wasn’t the one targeted but that does not sit well with me going forward.

I’m giving it 4 stars purely because of where it’s located. I knew what I was signing up for but It definitely makes the community a little less enticing because of where we are. Other than that maintenance is amazing and it’s a good location in terms of getting around Nashville!

The community and amenity is kept very clean. The on site staff also do a great job helping out with any issues that are going on in your unit or the amenity or community

My experience moving into Towne Nashville was easy and stress free. The staff made sure I had everything that I needed upon moving in . Can’t wait to see what’s in store here .

I've lived here for 10 months and have loved it. I came from a different apartment complex that was a bit older and it was so refreshing to move into a newer complex! The staff has always been very attentive to any issues I've had. The maintenance team is always timely with repairs, and the amenities are great! The community is full of residents in their mid 20s to 30s and I've never felt unsafe during my time here. I love living here!

The leasing office has been exceptional from the first point of contact till now. The amenities have remained so clean and the security is unbelievable!

Great location, easy access to the highway and close to downtown. Staff is always friendly, maintenance is quick, and great amenities that are kept up!

Great Place to Live! Staff is very helpful. They put on events all the time. It has a real sense of community! The pool is awesome for the summer as well! 100% recommend!

I love this community. My apartment unit is spacious and has great amenities and staff. And the best thing is that the units are affordable and in a central location to everything!

I just moved in but so far it’s been INCREDIBLE!!! Especially compared to where I was before. I won’t be moving out anytime soon! Absolutely love it here!!!
