Property Ratings at Towne House Apartments
I have lived here for 3-years and have been very happy with my experience. The apartment is clean, bright, and recently renovated including new appliances. This is a great location in the city, walkable to everything downtown. Our building manager and maintenance team do an excellent job taking care of the building and are friendly and responsive. Shared facilities, including the laundry room, are respected by the tenants and well-maintained.
Great location, newly renovated and rent includes most utilities which is great. The maintenance and office staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend living here.
I have been living here for over a year now and just love my unit. Clean, nicely renovated. Perfect location close to my work!!
It's great spot, but the cockroaches are a real problem and I am convinced the exterminators don't really spray. The laundry room is always littered with cockroaches. It's unfortunate.
