The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Towne East
Been living here for several years and it used to be great. Property got sold to a national company and they are running it into the ground. Maintenance is all but nonexistant. Had exterminator service and air conditioner maintenance including filter replacement monthly for years, but they just stopped coming without so much as a notice left on the door. I didn’t realize for a couple months when I started noticing a lot of bugs and my wife's allergies were acting up. Now, not only have they raised the rent by 20%, but I am also spending an extra $30 a month on pest control and filter replacement. I don’t know if they cut back on trash pick up or what, but the dumpsters are always overflowing before pickup. When the dumpsters overflow trash blows all over the property. The grass doesn’t get cut as often as it used to and the mosquitoes are much worse than they used to be. They no longer enforce parking and people are always blocking the driveways so you can’t get into or out of your assigned space. There is no longer an on-site manager, which makes everything worse because there is nobody to take responsibility for the property’s decline. I’ll be leaving soon. Feel free to rent my old apartment.
