REALLY BAD ROACHES If I could get this place zero stars, I would don’t ever move here. I don’t care how good it sounds. How much space you get for the money you will regret it. I haven’t even been here a week as soon as I signed my lease and moved all my stuff in, I found out it was roach infested. I’ve been reaching out the whole week. I’ve been here. Haven’t got a response. But before I moved here, they were answering every call replying back to my emails within five minutes. It’s been a week. Still nothing
A new management team took over right before we moved out and is actively trying to screw us over. We lived here for two years with nothing but great things to say until our last couple of months under ResProp. There was a leak in our ceiling that was never properly fixed and caused water to constantly drip in our living room for the last two months. The only failed attempt at a repair left drywall residue all over our furniture and carpet while the continued leak caused the windows to mold. Now that we have moved out they are trying to charge us for cleaning the carpets their maintenance team dirtied and refuse to return our calls after already saying the charges would be removed. Overall stay away from this place and any property managed by ResProp!
TPV was a great place to live with my two other college friends. We had a lot of space for everything and it was in great condition when we moved in. If we had any problems, they were always quick to be addressed and fixed. It was very affordable for the three of us. Parking was sometimes an issue because our neighbors would park in our driveway occasionally. Other times just driving through the complex was difficult because it's one way and people would either drive the wrong way, or park their cars in the middle of the road and you couldn't get around them. The area around it is ok but that was never an issue. Close to USF (which we wanted) and close to 75. If you're looking for student living, I definitely recommend this place! In a 3x3.5 Pros: A lot of space, own bathrooms, huge kitchen, garage, driveway, 56th isn't a busy road so it was usually easy to come and go, very clean, PM great at communicating Cons: Not a lot of guest parking, people parking in your driveway, wrong way drivers, the water in the middle attracted a lot of frogs(which is just something I don't like), the gates open automatically so there was no point in having them and they would get stuck/break all the time
