She is definitely an asset to your company!!! Right when we walked into the leasing office it felt warm and cozy. It already felt like home and we hadn't even looked at the apartments yet. Thank you to the very nice and sweet lady Monica.With her warm and bubbly personality made this experience stress free and fun for us. The apartments/ property looked amazing. They have a nice pool /patio area with grills and a playground in eyesight for our little ones. Can't wait to move in!

Do not move in here nice property horrible management Moved out Because maintenance wouldn't it take care of anything Then after I moved out they tried hitting me with all kinds fines and tried keeping my deposit Even though a lot of the stuff they were claiming were work orders they never got taken care of. You would think from a big place like this they would handle it better but this place is run terribly Wouldn't give any of your information even to apply to this place they sells it to a 3rd parties. super shady place

Trash everywhere garbage bins always overfilled and very bad smells management is the worst I’ve ever uncounted very bad experience s pool never cleaned dog poop always left by tenets not happy here and won’t recommend ever

Think twice before renting here. The management and website is very misleading. I've been renting here for about 10 days now and it's been nothing but problems...wow, do I regret that decision! No one communicates with me, they told me things that are untrue, several things wrong with the place but then the big problem...air conditioner stops working, I put in an order and more then a day goes by with no word from anyone so I have to head back into the office. While discussing the issue with Kelsey in the office she simply says that there is nothing that she can do. As I ask for more information she literally starts smiling at me almost laughing at my predicament and my efforts to get someone to communicate with me. At this point Adolfo the maintenance guy walks in asking if there is a problem. He tells me that it could take days to get to it but that he would try to come by today and that someone else has an air conditioner issue that he has to get to first. (Wow, I wonder how long that poor guy has been waiting.) These people probably mean well and maybe they are just understaffed but I'm not sure that's my problem is it? I could go on about the other issues here but trust me. You don't want to be here.

The layout of my 2BR is very nice. The office personnel at move-in were both very nice and fun to talk to. The next set of office personnel were also excellent and very helpful, however some serious service requests were not handled as they should have been, such as burned out exterior lights which should have been high priority! Also one of the maint. men is constantly speeding around my building on his golf cart and cutting across the gravel instead of staying on the sidewalk; this poses a hazard to anyone using that walkway who uses a cane or a walker because it is almost always covered with gravel. I have taken my broom out there many times to clear it off myself! Also I had requested a handicap sign facing my parking space due to trouble with people parking in my assigned space. That was several months ago and nothing has been done! That same maint. man came and talked to me about it, said he would see what he could do, and nothing! The office manager at the time was Justin, who told me he had checked and there was a sign in their workroom. So why was it not installed?
Nicest place we've lived at. It feels like a real home to our little family of three. We have hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The complex is clean and the staff is always friendly.
I have a two bedroom/w bath apartment at Town Center Apartments in Queen Creek, AZ. It's setting is the hook that grabbed me with the view and landscape mirroring the Midwest that I relocated from in Chicago, IL. I have up to date stainless appliances and granite counters. But most of all, it's the managing staff that make the difference. They take pride in the property and treat the renters with the utmost care and concern. They are simply, the best!
Spacious 2 bedroom in a quiet community with park and splash pad within within walking distance. Staff is very friendly.
Living here is a slice of the Midwest that meets Phoenix! Lush surroundings and great company to work with on any issue.
