Tower Apartments in Alameda is not only a fantastic find, for the attractive apartments, the views of the bay, the access to the outdoors and Alameda's sites, but it's also a wonderfully managed apartment community. Samantha Forney, the manager, works tirelessly to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each holiday she tastefully decorates the lobby, and she regularly hosts community events to bring residents together. Moreover, she's supportive of residents' needs and incredibly friendly. Brian Hardiman, the head maintenance man, is similarly friendly, community minded and punctual. He's a gem. Five stars!

We moved in last November and everything was so convenient - great location! All I heard from neighbors was how great both Sam (building manager) and Brian (maintenance person) are. Both were so helpful during the move in process, being available to help me with my many packages or any large furniture setup within the apartment. I love the layout and the comfortable space this apartment provides me, along with having covered garage parking, valet trash right outside your door, convenient laundry machines, courteous and kind neighbors. I am truly grateful to be a part of this community!

Forced to move from Los Angeles we found perfection in Alameda at The Towers in the form of Manager SAMANTHA and handyman service by BRIAN. Five stars for their help in making our move effortlessly!!

In the 6 months myself and my partner have resided at Tower, it has been a dream come true. Not only is the property itself very well maintained and spacious with a responsive management and maintenance team (shoutout to Sam and Brian!), but it’s in a beautiful and safe area. The views are great, the community is very friendly and although there is always room for more community events, the neighbours are very warm and welcoming and happy to be here. Having had a couple horrid leasing experiences prior, Tower/Sequoia has been lovely and understanding. A couple times we’ve had some exigent circumstances come up, and the leasing team is willing to work with you especially if you communicate to them. Pool is only heated half the year, which is one thing to consider, but there is a 24/7 secured and locked gym downstairs that has just what you need to stay fit (and then some). Valet trash is no cost added, mail theft is nonexistent, and cars are very safe and secure in the garage. I can’t say enough good things about living at Tower.

I had a dream which others told me was impossible, to find a beautiful community and an even better residency. Samantha brought my dream to reality, she believed when , I didn’t see away. Now I have a beautiful place to reside. Thank you Samantha for your kind words and your prompt attention to my needs. She is a Gem!!!

I have had the opportunity to reside at the Tower Apartments since November. I am so happy that I am here because of the wonderful service and kind heart of the manager. I believe the tenant/manager relationship should be amicable and it has surpassed my expectations. Prior to move in I had many questions. Though the location is amazing, I wanted to make sure it was a good fit. The manager was extremely patient in answering all my questions and assisting me in creating a smooth move in process. The unit is spacious and renovated which is a big deal in Alameda. The grounds are always kept clean, I feel safe, and most of all it is quiet. If you are looking for a beach home I think this is the best spot on Shoreline!

Forget everything you know about apartment living. Tower Apartments truly will exceed your expectations. The management team, Samantha and Brian, are incredible. They are friendly, accessible, knowledgeable and just all-around helpful. We have been living here for a month and we couldn't be happier. The apartments are exceptionally spacious, comfortable and well maintained. But it's the service that truly sets this place apart.

The property is beautiful and well kept. Any issues you have will be handled in a timely manner. Management is extremely accommodating and helpful with any potential things that may come up. Wish I didn't have to move out do to job change.

We have been in the building for 8 years. Our experience has been mostly good. We need a new dishwasher and refrigerator, but Brian has been very good at fixing problems with these and other equipments. Samantha has been the best communicator of all the 3 managers the building has had during our residency.

The Tower is a great place to live with great amenities and residents. Samantha and Brian are lovely people and also extremely helpful and quick to respond to any and all issues that might come up. We will be living here for a long while!

Over the years, I have lived in many apartments. The Tower beats them all. The difference is our 2 Sequoia staff - Samantha & Brian. They care. Requests are addressed quickly before the problem is exacerbated. Rules are enforced. Amenities are created like online painting lessons during Covid, lobby decorations for the Season, & scavenger hunts. If Brian comes into the apartment, he stops to put booties on his shoes. He doesn't patch problems. He resolves the issue. If there is a community issue, like a need to turn off water during a repair or inspection of sprinklers, or replacement of carpet or upgrades to the building, we get adequate notice & attention to concerns. We love this place & the community it encourages.

We moved into the Tower Apartments late July 2022 and are loving our first three months living here! Relocating from Southern California to the East Bay was a feat of logistics but Samantha made everything about moving into the Tower the easiest part of our move. From scheduling viewing appointments to signing a lease while 370mi away, Sam made certain our apartment was move-in ready, even when we had to push up our move-in date due to moving truck shenanigans. We were welcomed to the building with tons of information about the building as well as the beautiful community of Alameda. Both Sam and Brian not only care about keeping the Tower a great place to reside, but there is also a care about the residents that is constantly on display. We are so happy to call this place our home and look forward to many years here!

We have enjoyed our time at the Tower Apartment Homes. The location is wonderful. Somedays I wake up in the morning and cross the street and go for a walk down the shoreline. On some days I will make my way over to the beach and touch my toes to the water and sit and soak in the sun while staring over at the San Francisco skyline across the water other days I can sit and watch the wind surfers glide along the surface of the water. On my way back home, I can stop in at Trader Joe's and grab a few items for dinner later that night or take a short walk to Park Street for food or drinks or visit any of the many shops and attractions. Everything seems like it is nearby or a very short car ride away. The apartments are huge. The apartment that my family calls home, has a ton of space for all of us and we never feel crowded upon one another. The building as a whole is quiet and peaceful and the people are nice and friendly. The staff is dedicated and helpful. From the first day we came to look at the apartment, Samantha and Brian have done everything we could have asked to make our living experience in this community Excellent. From the quick response to any maintenance request we have had to the informative communications that are sent by email to update us to things going on within the property to hosting fun events, they both really seem to care about maintaining a great environment. I would highly recommend this property and rate it at 5 stars.

That we have Sam and Brian to look after our homes and to look after the need of all of their tenants. These two are the most engaged, responsive, interested, and one of the strongest traits of all, empathetic..that any two person team could be. Brian goes over and above when there is an issue in our unit to make sure it is taken care of and left better than it was before it was an issue. Samantha could not have any more pride in this property and it shows. Through Covid (before and still today as well) she has made herself available to make sure any questions or concerns are addressed and taken care of. My wife and I moved to Alameda from SF. We knew we wanted to be in Alameda and looked at a big handful of places. Although to be fair this was our favorite that we looked at, we knew from the beginning we were going to be in very capable and knowledgeable hands with Sam running the show. Thank you both for everything that you do for us and the entire community on a daily basis. If you’re looking for a new place, come and check out Tower. Even if you decide on another property, you will remember Samantha for her positive energy and friendly smile. After you move in, Brian will blow you away with his attentiveness, attention to detail….and his humor. (He is a funny, funny dude). Thank you Tower and Sequoia for taking such good care of us.

Sam and Brian take great care to make The Tower community feel like home. I’m lucky to live in such a special place near the beach in a beautiful and well managed property.

So grateful to live here. The facilities themselves are very nice - probably the largest units I’ve seen in Alameda. And the folks who manage the property are professional, responsive, and just nice people.

We've had a great experience in Towers! The place is beautiful and the pricing is very fair. Our apartment was newly renovated, and all of the appliances and amenities are in excellent shape. We've referred a few of our friends here and would continue to recommend this property. The tier of excellence was immediately evident upon our first tour, and I really appreciated the 3D online floor plan feature during the. moving process. The building manager is very responsive and accessible and the maintenance crew is excellent.

We've been living here for a little over 3 years now, and I have to say Sam has been the best apartment manager I have ever seen - and I have seen a lot over my 10+ years of leasing. The energy of the management is always positive, warm, and eager to help with solutions. It really feels like she does whatever is in her power to get things right. Brian as well has been a great technician to work with and all the maintenance requests we've had are completed to our satisfaction. Very rarely another manager has worked in the office while Sam is out, and that's when we realize she is close to irreplaceable. I really hope this team stays around for a long time.

Imagine a management company that cares about your experience. Valet trash service, decorated lobby, get togethers, contests, etc. The manager, Samantha and maintenance, Brian are always there to help and make sure that everyone feels like part of the community. I've never had a better experience in my 40 years of renting.

My husband and I have been living at Tower Apartments for the last 2.5 years and we can't imagine living anywhere else. The location and view of Alameda beach are spectacular but it's the staff, Samantha and Brian, that we really appreciate. This team is amazing! They really look after the residents and property. The units are spacious, modern kitchen appliances, new washers and dryers, on-site storage, clean gym - just great property management overall. We just had our baby girl and are thrilled to call this place home with our growing family! -Lisa

I’ve enjoyed living at Tower for 2-1/2 years. My apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, tons of storage, and a gorgeous view of the bay. Residents are friendly and on-site staff Samantha and Brian are great, always enthusiastic and helpful.

We lived at 2465 Shoreline for the past 3 years with our two young daughters and two cats. We were fortunate to have a Bay-facing apartment, and greatly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and amazing views from of balcony of the beautiful formations of birds in flight in the Elsie Roemer Bird Sancutary across the street. It's in a great location, easy walking distance to shoreline mall and right across the street from the bike/walking path. We used the amenities frequently, taking our kids swimming in the pool and exercising at their newly renovated gym. They have also newly renovated the lobby and the club house, where we held our daughter’s first birthday party. We can’t say enough nice things about the onsite staff, Samantha and Brain, who truly made Tower an amazing place to live. Brian is friendly and courteous, as well as very responsive and attentive in helping with the occasional maintenance issue and lockout. Sam is warm, organized and makes Towers Apartments run day in and day out, in addition to planning numerous events to really cultivate a sense of community. They are both outstanding professionals and helped make our experience at Tower a great one.

Samantha and Brian, who comprise the Tower Apartments leadership, are outstanding professionals who make me feel taken care of and listened to as a resident. They are responsive and nothing short of friendly, both when I see them around the complex and when I need something. I appreciate the location of Tower Apartments and the benefits available through Sequoia, including community contests and fun opportunities. I really like my apartment itself, but the quality of management by Samantha and Brian is what makes me especially glad to be living here. In the past, I've had negative experiences with property managers who are not visible or accessible to residents, and I've been so pleased at the hardworking nature of these folks. I just wanted to express my appreciation of the efforts of two outstanding employees of Tower Apartments, “Sam“ antha, and Matt. Both have a can do attitudes, both are exceptionally friendly and likable and make the residents feel at home. They both have great senses of humor, which make them even more likable. As a long time resident of Tower Aprtments it is great to have two such outstanding employees, taking care of the tenants’ needs promptly and efficiently. They would be hard to replace, so I hope they have long and successful careers with Tower Apartments. However. I realize that in the future they will be considered for promotions in the organization. I feel very fortunate to have met both of them and strongly appreciate their efforts on behalf of the tenants and management of Tower Apartments. Whatever grading system is used to grade them, each deserves the highest rating on the system. E.g., on a 10 point scale with 10 being the highest rating, each would get a 10 from me.
