Everyone has been so welcoming prior and to my move in date! Couldn’t have had a smoother move in day. The “swag bag” they give you is adorable and they even include pickleball paddles! The grounds are well maintained. So excited for my many months here.

The staff is very friendly’& professional. I do wish there was a more private area when discussing your rental questions and finances instead of just at the front entryway. But other than that - so far only here a week and the maintenance has been prompt and efficient too. Thank you! Katelyn, Ines and Lucas had been wonderful !

I love it here, I love the area that I live in everything is close by . Even walking distance . So much to do here at the apartment so I don’t have to go out . I love that there is a little market downstairs in north towers so I don’t have to go out shopping . I love that the market is here so for bad weather I can get the basics

I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience has been fantastic! From the start, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is very nice although the dryer washer closet could be more insulated for noise. The kitchen sink is wonderful as it is large however it isn’t very sloped so that water doesn’t always drain all the way out of it. Not a lot of residents so it is very quiet a few of the doors to outside don’t work so I can’t get back in and have to come in the front entrance, which is fine

Awesome gym. Love pickleball. Front door to Nora - best location ! Also close to Palm Beach and City Place restaurants and shops - can walk everywhere

Move in process was easy but the apartment was obviously not vetted for move in as there was no hot water in the unit and the toilet was not functional for the 1st week of lease.

Gorgeous facility with all the amenities and customer service. I walked in and immediately signed after the touring. I felt very welcomed by Courtney and C John. I feel like family here and an easy fit at Tortoise One. The apartments are brand new, spacious, high ceilings, brand new appliances and top notch design in my living space, common spaces, gym, pool, pickleball courts and remote working space. Thoughtful design and in awe — feels like home but in a luxury hotel. If that’s even possible! Thanks everyone for all your support and care.

I just moved into Tortoise One after Hurricane Milton damaged my home in Sarasota Florida. They have an infinite number of quality amenities including a great gym conference rooms to see clients in, Rock Wall meditation room and awesome pool, hot tub and crystal fireplace. My Penthouse Unit looks over the Biltmore out to the Breakers and the Atlantic Ocean. Grateful to be here after getting hit by 3 Hurricanes in the last couple years and almost dying from Mold illness. The breeze on the balcony is so exquisite. I’ve been sleeping on my lounge chair until I get my bed delivered. The only Complaint I’ve had. Is they spray scented products in all the common areas and I’m gonna try to get them to start using Essential oils instead of spraying neurotoxic fragrances all over the common areas all the time. So we’re getting a petition up to use essential oils and stop poisoning us and to put in a cold water plunge pool and a brand new infrared Sauna in the gym as well.

Brand new, clean and smells nice. Great location in heart of downtown, can walk anywhere. The common areas are really nice, especially the espresso machine and the pickleball courts.
