Eva is amazing

I just moved in a couple weeks ago. I have had a string of bad luck and been super stressed. Eva has been so accommodating and understanding! She is so friendly every time I’ve had to contact her! I had such a horrible experience with my last landlord, so to have someone that is so nice and caring has been wonderful!! My apartment is beautiful too! Newly remodeled, very clean, and so far all the neighbors have been really friendly!! Soooo glad I moved here!

Cozy apartments at a convenient location.

I love my apartment! It's the perfect size, was well kept when I moved in, and is in a convenient location. The ability to paint and keep pets was one of the determining factors in selecting Timerlake Apartment as my next home. Customizing my living space and being able to share it with my furry friends has truly made it into my home--not just a place I'm renting. The property around the buildings is maintained and kept clean, and the view of the setting sun over the highway is any urbanite's dream. The only negative experience I've had is the up keeping of the hallways. In my building, there seems to be a continual trail of trash from the neighbors that simply sits until I pick it up or the next cleaning day rolls around. The slovenly state of the hallways detracts, at times, from the otherwise pristine grounds.

Don't move here

The people in the office are very sarcastic and rude. When you call and try to let them know about something wrong in your apartment they don't return the calls. I have had problems with mold since I moved here and it's been almost two years. They let people with little kids live on the third floor and don't care how loud they are.

Timberlake apoartments

Nice appartments. Could use some maintanance especially the carpets. After a while even when cleaned, old spots will reappeared.
