Formed in 1870 and incorporated in 1885, Millard is a great place to raise a family because it’s served by the Millard Public Schools system. Parks are also in abundance here, providing residents a plethora of outdoor amenities.
Millard’s historic downtown area is near the convergence of L Street and Millard Avenue. It’s just south of Oak View Mall, and contains a Sky Zone Trampoline Park and the local airport. A plethora of restaurants are in the community, including The Amazing Pizza Machine and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. Locals enjoy the convenience of Interstate 80 from their Millard apartment.

Property Ratings at Timbercreek Apartments
The office constantally losing your leasing information. Forcing you to sign papers again and again. They did renovations, believe me no big deal. No swimming pool no balconies. Overrated place.
This place is really gross. The hallways and laundry rooms smell like they’ve never been cleaned. It gets so steamy from the dryer that there’s brown liquid dripping on the hallway walls. It’s supposed to be non smoking property but you’ll see cigarette butts all over the ground. Not to mention just all the trash and litter that’s on the ground too. The ladies in the office are really rude and unprofessional. There’s a lot of sketchy people that live here. They will be up at 3 in the morning in their garages just digging around in all of their junk. It’s so weird. I definitely dont recommend anyone moves here.
Maintenance does the bare minimum. Office people are lazy. Hallways smell horrible. My neighbor has mold in her ceiling. Also 3 fires within the last year so home security is a bust. DONT MOVE HERE
Decent amount of space in each size of apartment. Maintenance does take a while to respond if the issue is not repeatedly reported to the office though.
