The staff is amazing both office and maintenance. They are on top of everything!! Highly recommend.

ROACHES everywhere the entire complex is infested it doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment because your neighbor has them and your neighbors neighbor has them and they will just move back in unless you want to get used to roaches crawling on you at night and getting in your food stay far away not to mention I haven't had A/C the whole time

I've lived here for 5+ years and quality has severely gone down. The front lady is very rude. Will give attitude for no go reason and she will make it very clear that she's annoyed with you and hates you! Maintenance is very slow. Sometimes they'll straight up forget about you. You're lucky if they respond to your request at all.

Ac/Heat hasn’t been working since October. The neighbors flooded their apartment abd the only thing Timber Ridge fixed was the carpet. Soemone broke the door I’m assuming trying to fix the carpet. My water has been trickle to none since the storm and I’ve been living in 88 degree heat while it’s 90 degrees outside. I’ve reported it multiple times and nobody has gotten back to me unless I’ve stopped them outside or gone into office. They say they’ve fixed it but all I see different was a thermostat and then they tell me to place another order if it still doesn’t work which in turn drops me to the bottom of the work order list. Will not be renewing my lease.

I've lived here for over 4 years and have no major complaints. There are a lot of stores close by within walking distance (Walgreens, Culebra Meat Market, Circle K). Its quiet and there are no ants, roaches, or rodents which is a huge plus for me.

I am going on almost two years of living here. I love the new management staff the apartment has. I definitely see all of the improvements being made. My lease renewal is coming up and I'm staying! It was a bit rocky at first but the girls in the front office are doing an excellent job! They are so involved and really try hard to make you feel like this is your home! Maintenance really works hard at getting work orders done in a timely manner. The property itself looks good and well taken care of. Overall very happy!

This is a ok place to live but the fact that over charges and discrepencies are always present with billing are a bit troubling. I pay my rent on time or allow the office to know I can't make the payment due to being at work all afternoon and evening. Before office hours and after. As well as have asked repeatedly over the passed year for online site access, and have not been helped till recently this passed week after a supposed charge of late fees that went against my agreed payment day due to payment period. This has not been pleasant and for some reason I'm continually charged massive late fees when I pay on time. This complex is ok but the way the office and bulling has gone is very upsetting.

I've lived at Timber Ridge Apartments for a year. It has been a great experience. The maintenance and office staff has done an excellent job at providing safe living conditions and satisfying all resident's needs. The location is acceptional for a busy family with schools, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Not only is it a great place for working and running errands, but it is also a wonderful place to relax. There's a weight room, basketball court, and swimming pool open to all residents at any time. I would reccomend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I lived at Timber Ridge for 9 months before i left. I had to wait a couple days to do my walk though because they were still working on the apt , which was fine. Then during the walk-through i noticed that the dishwasher had standing water in the bottom and i started the cycle to see if would empty, there also was a hole in the washer/dryer room door on the balcony. I notified the front office about the dishwasher and they asked me if i wanted to move in before the dishwasher was fixed i said that's fine it's just a dishwasher. i moved in over the weekend and was given my move in inspection list and i marked off any problems no matter how minor so there was no doubt of the existing problems. I repeatedly over the course of time i lived there asked for my dishwasher to be fixed. I think it was a month before the maintenance even came to work on it. They left a note saying it needs a new part. So after that i would ask if the part was in yet. first they said they hadn't ordered it yet then they said they were waiting for it to come in then they said they had to reorder it. i lived there 2 months before my bedroom ceiling fan quite working and not long after that my shower/tub faucets quit too. i wrote maintenance requests for both things and only the tub was fixed. then my toilet flooded my bathroom and down into my bottom floor neighbors apt. that was the first time they even responded fast. I told him my toilet chain most have broken off the flush valve. he went in there and said he fixed it. the carpet guy came and only took out the carpet pad and replaced it when the carpet was dried. though about 2 weeks later both me and my neighbor whose carpet pad had been replaced noticed that in the area that had flooded smelled off.Also i had a package go missing from the office and the tracking number on it said that one of the staff members signed for it. When i went there to ask her where it was because i didn't receive it with the other packages i got that day she looked for it then told me to see if the company i ordered from would send me a refund. I know that this is a long review but i want people to know they are terrible at maintenance, the office staff is incompetent. the only good thing is it's in a good location being off of Culebra and right next door to a elementary school. and the complex is relatively quite.
