its almost very good service but the people around here leave their dogs poop on the grass. Some people leave their dog outside without supervision and if the owner is present the dog is without a leash

Sometimes people in the leasing office are a little bit rude. But the people that were here are nice and the staff and maintenance people are always there when you need them and definitely make sure that the hallways are clean. Overall, I think this place is decent.

Tengo 7 meses viviendo en los apartamentos en timber lake, me gusta y es un poco tranquilo lo único que recomendaría es cámara de seguridad ya que el mes pasado me robaron mi bicicleta, solo tenia 2 meses de haberla comprado. Vivo en el primer piso y la tenía al lado de mi ventana y luego no la vi más. También los pedido que hacen a domicilio, hice un pedido y lo dejaron en la zona de buzones, cuando salí para recoger ya no estaba. Se robaron también mi paquete.

The enviroment is good and everything seems normal everything is good with the parking. The event they host here are ver educational for everyone people have fun and enjoy it .

I love it here. It’s so calm by my apartment buildings towards the back. Halls are always clean! Dogs are always on leash so they don’t have issues with other dogs.

Family friendly environment . Buildings are Clean . Parking lot has available parking at all times . Any time maintenance is required they are in time courteous polite and does the job correctly..

I wish that the people were more considerate. Staff are kind and timely. Neighbors are meh. I wish there were more stipulations regarding noise or leaving a mess.

Old rundown apartments no insulation in supervised kids running everywhere garbage always overflowing this place is a mess they have gone up $100 every year on the rent and the back door to my building doesn’t even close

I have lived here for 8 years and I like this place but in winter my apartment tends to get very cold. The apartment is a smoke free area but peope don't respect that, they also vandalize the apartment.

Very family oriented and quiet. Maintenance problems handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are pretty and well taken care of. Enjoy my living space.

Good and Peacefully apartments place to live, have no complaints or issues at all a lot of changes have been done around and like it. Overall very clean compared to others, parking sucks sometimes but it’s all good.
