Timber Glen Apartments

These are decent apartments for the price, not a lot of amenities but they keep the outside looking very nice and the insides are updated too.

Staff is great, maintenance keeps up on everything, grounds look nice too!

This is a good place to rent off. Maintenance will come quick if you need them to. The managers are quick to respond. This place is convenient to the highways and your local restaurants and grocery stores! Highly recommend

Close proximity to all big shopping centers, entertainment, while still remaining in a secluded location, perfect for families!! pet friendly as well

Property is well kept , they have great on property management. They are also close to i275 . The apartments are well kept.

My favorite thing about the apartments are they feel like home and they seem very safe with having to buzz in. They are very easy to work with as well. Overall a nice place to have your family

.......in that time I have had my share of maintence issues, like everyone else. The crew responds within 24 hours, and my problems are solved quickly. I can not praise them enough! Timber Glen is located close to grocery and general merchandise stores, and restaurants (many, many restaurants ??). While convenient to these delights, Timber Glen offers nothing for the children in the community to burn off their excess energy. (I.e. play ground, or a swimming pool) As a result, if you happen to live below a family with children, there could be excessive noise.

The grounds are nice and the apartments aren't bad though they're not very quiet (especially if you have someone above you). Be careful with their late fees. They will tell you that "after the 5th" of every month your rent is late and subject to a $50 fee. If you drop a check in the dropbox ON the 5th they will still charge you; if you pay online even a couple of days earlier they will still charge you. I saved records of multiple instances where I paid on or prior to the 5th of the month, the money was taken out of my account the same day (or it was cashed the same day and the money taken out within the next couple of days), and then Timber Glen charged me a late fee because they didn't see it in their account. A previous manager would fix them right away if I showed it but a recent manager told me that their hands were tied. And yes they WILL report you to collections if you don't pay those illegitimate late fees.

A very nice place to live. If you need any maintenance it's usually answered day of or next day. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful.

I have lived at Timber Glen Apartments for almost 6 yrs. Ive lived in a 3 bedroom and then a 2 bedroom apartment and am very pleased to be here.. In both apartments I've had excellent response time for any maintenance requests even on weekends. The staff is friendly,proffesional,and helpful. All dealings with the staff are personalized and my residency is important and appreciated. Any type of shopping or casual dining is available within minutes. One of the things that I like best is the wooded seclusion set back from the highway that the apartment complex affords. In both apartments my sliding glass door faces the woods and when I sit on my balcony it is very peaceful. I feel like I am living in my own home. The other occupants of the building are courteous and neighborly while never invasive.I see no reason that would prompt me to leave this community as I have been very satisfied living here.

I've loved living here it's quiet for the most part everyone has been pretty friendly the staff are great and have holiday events. I do wish it had some accommodations for children but other than that great place to live.

I love living here! Just wish my upstairs neighbors would learn how to walk without stomping...

Timber Glen is a very clean and safe place to live. Management and staff are very respectful and helpful. Apartments are spacious and newly updated.

This has been my first experience ever living in an apartment and I'm happy I chose to live here rather than a cheaper place up the road. Here it is quiet and the complex is spread out. You don't feel like a sardine crammed in a jar. The property is well-maintained and they are proactive about many things. I've also had zero problems with any other resident.

My boyfriend and I have lived here since last October and we love it. It's a nice aprtment complex. It' well maintained and very quiet. Management is great as well!

Me my husband and two kids have been residents here at timber Glen for almost a year now and we absolutely love it!! Very quiet and very clean. Not to mention the office staff are extremely friendly! I remember signing all our paperwork and such when we moved in. They were so quick? about the whole process. And very professional. We couldn't have picked a better place to live.

Management is friendly, the landscape is kept nice, and it's close to many businesses. Haven't had to call maintenance yet.

Great place to live here. very quiet and apartments are nice and affordable. Management is very kind and helpful here. we are treated as a community and not just a number. They are always helpful, and understanding. I have only had one maintenance issue and they were right on top of it. I called and it was fixed the very next day. just a minor issue with my closet door. Overall I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Timber Glen is simply wonderful! Its so peaceful and beautiful. I couldn't be happier, I love living here!

I have lived here for about 7 years. This location is perfect. You are within walking distance of many local businesses. (Jobs, restaurants, Eastgate Mall) If you work in the Eastgate area this is a great place to live. I also like the keyed entry to each building for security purposes. Another safety feature is that the apartments have smoke detectors linked so if one person doesn't respond to theirs you will hear it in the hallway which is a great way to make sure your place of living isn't going to catch on fire. There is a downstairs laundry facility in each building. Management is responsive and maintenance always fixes the issues. The property is kept clean. Nice, quiet place to call home.

I have lived at Timber Glen for almost three years and I love it. The complex is extremely quiet. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are very nice as well as helpful. Any maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner. The complex is located close to shopping and restaurants. You can even walk to the public library. I would highly recommend Timber Glen to anyone looking for a great apartment.

I absolutely love this place. The property is extremely well maintained and the apartments are clean and wonderful! The neighborhood is quiet and right in eastgate! It's a great place and rent is affordable and reasonable for the quality.

I live in Timber Glenn Apartments. I want to say management is wonderful,if you have questions they are willing to help. I had a horrible time finding an apartment until I found them. They listened and really cared what I had been going through. My apartment is vary spacious and quiet. I have a view of the woods and it is so peaceful. I found a place I can call home.
