Property Ratings at Timber Cove Apartments
I have lived at Timber Cove before the sod was even put down, it was as new as it gets, I have LOVED it here ever since!!!! The only problems this place ever had was tenant based. If you are someone that is loud, disrespectful, a slob, or a thief, cant pay your rent on time, then THIS ISNT your place!!!!! The Manager is GREAT !!!! GOOD LUCK FINDING ANYWHERE BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have lived in TimberCove apts for four months now. Lana is an amazing property manager. When I called to ask availability we immediately set up a time to view. She didn’t seem rushed during the tour nor pushy (VERY COMMON for property managers!!!). Rent is reasonable - I live in 1 bedroom. Apt itself is moderately quiet. My only complaint is hottub is closed often. My last comment - during huge winter storm I lost my car keys in the snowbank (I was locked out of my car AND apt). Lana answered her phone immediately and called our maintenance man to get my new keys within an hour. I would definitely recommend!!
I have lived at Middletown apts and I'm curently living in Timbercove apts. I have to say the management here is awesome. Lana is very nice and she goes above and beyond for her tenants. If anyone does not agree with me, that probably means that you were a HORRIBLE tenant!! I couldn't have a better manager!!
I lived at Timber Cove for 2 years (moved to a different property they own closer to work). I liked how new the building is and that the common areas including the parking lot were always very clean and kept up well. Also liked how the manager could often be found on site and if I ever needed anything it would be fixed that same day.
Timber Cove is a beautiful apartment complex to call home. Full sized appliances in the kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Front loading washer & dryer. Screened in balconies in which mine faced the forest in the back of the building where I could sit and watch deer come and go. Great outside patio area with 2 gas grills. Great sized apartments and amazing management. I have rented from this same owner/management for the last 11 years and I have lived in 3 of their buildings. I have received nothing but respect and wonderful timely service for anything that may have needed attending to. Very personable, hardworking, and friendly! I highly recommend any of their buildings!
I have lived at Timber Cove Apartments for 3.5 years and I think they're wonderful. It feels like you're living out of town, yet it is only a 2-minute drive to get into the city. The cabinets, appliances, and colors within the units are beautiful. There are also great amenities to enjoy including a hot tub and sauna. The best of all is the price. Timber Cove Apartments make it affordable to live in luxury. Furthermore, there is a very helpful property manager that is usually immediately available whenever you need something.
So, I am unsure where these ratings came from but I can safely assume they're not from tenants. Is this apartment complex nice? Yes. Is it worth having to deal with the most unpleasant person you could imagine as your landlord? No. Not at all. Why this woman works with people and families is mind boggling. She is rude, unwavering, sneaky, weirdly insensitive and definitely not the brightest. I will never recommend Timber Cove as a new place to call home. You will have to deal with her and you will not like it. Great location, great building, nice neighbors, HORRIBLE management. You will enjoy living there if you're into drama, privacy invasion, ruthless lies, zero compassion towards humans, and (actually somewhat hilarious) notes plastered everywhere written by someone who you'd think didn't quite make it through high school. Such a shame that a really nice building is run by someone so foul. Good luck finding your new home, Timber Cove isn't it.
Beautiful newly updated units. Washer and dryers are Inside the apartment. All utilities are included. Comes with a screened in porch. Building has a hot tub,sauna,pool tabel,outdoor patio with gas grills which is all included with rent. The view from the apartment is a beautiful wooded area.
You can look at every other renting option nearby and won't come near the level of excellence that this building can offer. Besides the beautiful birch tree filled views and the "feels like home" decor, this apartment offers a perfect balance of convenience and seclusion for anyone. It's amazing location puts you literally minutes from the city and highway without all the noise. All areas are kept clean and maintained no matter what happens here. Management is by far the most caring, reasonable, and timely I've ever had the pleasure to lease through. It's easy to find yourself spending too much time using the great amenities this building has to offer. From the the private billiard room, outdoor gas grills, huge whirlpool, and spacey community area this apartment is ready to pass your expectations.
Timber Cove is an upscale apartment complex nestled in a wooded forest. In the back of the building, you'll find a playground area and barbecue/sitting area which is landscaped beautifully complete with a running pond. The amenities the building offers are excellent; exercise room with new equipment, sauna & hot tub, billiards room, and a community room with kitchenette, big screen tv, large patio, and seating for 20 , which is suitable to host nearly any event. The apartments are new and modern. The color tones are neutral. All appliances are new. Most units have a deck area with a screened in porch, and if you're located in the back of the building, expect to see deer making a frequent appearance. You won't find a view like that anywhere else in town. The building is well-maintained and cleaned often. The management is the best combination of professional, yet laid back. If you are interested in a luxurious place in the city with a picturesque nature setting, this is the place to call home.
It's the perfect combination of your ideal spacious apartment and your dream location. Far enough off the beaten path to have that peace and quiet we all want with the availability and convenience of the bustling city life of Saint Cloud just minutes away. If you love the personal care and attention of the management, then you will get that in spades. They are available day or night and treat you as if you were part of their family.
