Nestled between downtown Fort Worth and nearby Arlington, the East Fort Worth area combines the best of both areas. The move in was very smooth and fast. But after a few days the front desk is hard to reach. And I requested a maintenance call many times but haven’t got a response and it’s been weeks !!! And please don’t get me started on the rats cause we’re pass the BUGS!!

These apartments are infested with mice. THEY WILL LEASE YOU A MICE INFESTED APARTMENT WITHOUT TELLING YOU! They will do absolutely nothing about it unless you threaten legal action to which then they will allow you out of your lease for the low price of $5,000. Save yourself the headache. I wish I could give zero stars.

Always changing ownership. 4 different owners in the year ive been here. Empty apartments are full of crackheads and homeless people. No one ever answers the phone at the front office. They lost my lease and are charging me crazy amounts of fees. I don’t recommend anyone ever moving here. I can’t wait to leave.
