I’ve lived at Three60 North Apartments for almost a year, and it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient and close to major highways, shopping, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The office team is friendly and responsive. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to help. Maintenance is also solid as they usually take care of requests within a day or two. My apartment is spacious, especially the living room and bedrooms, and I love having a private balcony. The grounds are clean, the pool is always well kept, and the staff is responsive. Overall, I’m really happy here. If you’re looking for a place in the area that’s affordable and well-managed, I’d definitely recommend checking out Three60 North.
Current tenant who has been at the property for almost three years. The water takes way too long to get hot. Was harassed by office staff for how my blinds were opened. Submitted my written non renewal still having over two months remaining on my lease and have received 2 notices to vacate because I split my final utility charges over the remaining months. There’s only one way into the property and one way out. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gate is always broken.

I’ve been here 3 years. Hate that I renewed my lease and was told a few days after signing lease that I could not renege. A/C in my unit has gone out twice. Main kitchen light is always going out. Walls paper thin. Can hear neighbors sneeze. Water bills $87-89 each month for a one bedroom. Water CONSTANTLY being turned off for “repairs”. Just ready for this to be over with.

I really don't recommend this place. They frequently shut the water off and we sometimes go without water for days. I can't use the restroom and I have to leave my apartment to find a bathroom nearby. Of all the years I have lived in apartments, I have never paid more than $100 for water and trash. I currently still live here and I can't wait for my lease to be over.

Carpet cleaning at no charge is not mentioned to the tenants living here. Tenants are able to request carpet cleaning with every lease renewal. I’ve been living here for 3 years now, I requested carpet cleaning for my apartment and Shellie at the office said I would have to pay for it out of my pocket after 3 years!! I do not recommend living here at all. This one of many problems I’ve had here. Pot holes everywhere, ant and bug infestation, and mold on walls. It doesn’t help that management is very inconsiderate and rude.
I just moved in already bombed multiple times and pest control comes every Monday since I moved in and I still have ROACHES!!!!! ewwwwwww no!!!!!!!!!!

My ceiling has been leaking for 5 months with no resolution. I have been offered no compensation for my inconvenience jus suggested that I should file a claim with insurance for any damaged items. I’ve been told on occasions that this issue is resolved. Poor service. They do not care about their people. Do not rent here.

I moved here in 2016 and the management was great however May 2017 A New property management came in with new managers and staff. All ladies were great but let’s just say shortly after things changed. I’m in a 1br/1bath my energy bill is $200 through this winter due to the insufficient insulation of the patio doors. To be short management did nothing, nor did the property company. Now I’ve given my 90 day notice and asked that my accent walls be painted back to original color and I’m being told that’s not in my lease. Well the manager Denise and Robin( no longer on property) agreed to have it done but now that I’m moving suddenly it’s my responsibility and they are quoting my lease. I will not recommend property because once things get real you see the real intentions of the management team. No thank you regarding poor customer service after living there 2years Regards Unit 130

This is the worst place to live. The water is shut off one day every month for “plumbing issues” (for the past year) and the water bill is over $100 a month

I've leased here for 8 months. Over all Three60 North has been an okay place to live. Management was always quick to respond to my work order requests and to fix any problems i was having. There's lots of flooding around my unit when it rains however, the sidewalk turns into a river. And if you don't mind having to spray pesticides on top of the apartment doing it every month then it's not too bad.

This complex initially was very nice. That went down hill in 2 months. I've had to put in so many work orders for mice, roaches and ants. Their pest control doesn't work! Better off getting your own bug spray from Home Depot and spray yourself. Everything is falling apart in this complex. It takes the maintenance staff forever to fix anything.....if they actually fix it and not do a temporary rig. Some gosh awful building is being built in place of the nice golf course views. The office staff is rude and really doesn't care about the residents. Find a nicer place. Don't let the low rent fool you, they get it back with random fees and extremely high water bill. I'm glad I got out of there!

I've lived here a little over a year and can't wait to move. My apartment is very clean and was newly re-modeled before I moved in. However, I have had issues with multiple plugs not having any power, and my kitchen light randomly won't turn on from time to time. I have put in multiple work requests and no one has ever followed up with me. When I first came here to look at apartments, they showed me a unit exactly like mine but told me I would be moved into a different one that was still being cleaned. What they did NOT tell me was the unit that I was actually moving into was right next to another building that had just burned down not to long ago. So that was a nice surprise when me and my family pull up in the moving truck and there is a burned down building less than 20ft from my unit. For the next 9 months I had to listen to construction noise from them tearing down the remains of the building and then constructing the new unit. They also need to update their pictures on this site, because that lovely golf course that you will have a nice view of...is no longer a golf course. Now I have a view of an 8ft tall chain link fence with "no trespassing" signs posted all over it. The golf course is shut down and on top of the construction noise from the building next door, there is also noise from them tearing down all the trees from the golf course. What used to be a nice view is now a treeless dirt field. The staff here is also not helpful at all in my experience. I have called multiple times and sent various emails about different issues and received no answer to any of them. Once, I received a suspicious text and tried to call to see if someone could go make sure my apartment hadn't been broken into. Of course I got no answer from the front desk so I left a message. They never called me back to see if I still needed help or if everything was ok. Last but no least, when i moved in over a year ago I was told that my 2 pit bull mixes would be no problem here. They even took pictures of them to keep in my file just in case they got loose and needed to know who to contact. Well today, they were playing in the dog park here and a woman that works here tells me "You know we don't allow pit bulls right?" So you're telling me I've lived here over a year, and now my dogs are a problem?
PLEASE DONT IGNORE MY REVIEW I will make this as quick as possible. Here is my experience at The Fairways/Three60North apartments. I was 9 months pregnant in the end of May when my 1st floor apartment flooded 4 times from rain. There was 12 inches of standing, disgusting water. They only wanted to dry it with fans. I fought them so they replaced the carpets. I discover mold, up 2 1/2 feet in my walls. They just spackled it and didnt replace any drywall. Would you let a newborn live in a mold walled home? Because of the flood, my home was uninhabitable for 5 weeks. I legally could not live there. They STILL made me pay rent or I was evicted. Did not pro rate. They said they cleaned my flooded apartment top to bottom. It STILL smells like mildew and has bugs and dirt caked on the laminate. They "lost" my 30 day notice and made me pay 2 extra months of rent after my lease. The JIK Properties Management are liars. They lie straight to your face. Maintenence fixes issues with bondo and paint. It takes weeks for them to finally fix it. There is mold in the walls. The buildings have shifted so bad I can barely open and close my door. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. You will regret living here.
My apartment is 1 bedroom efficiency with walk in closet, small bath. Open kitchen with pantry that also include stackable washer and dryer. The property has 2 pools, fitness center and wi-if by the pool and office business center. Very nice

These apartments are very average. If you are looking to save money they do have lower rent in most cases, but are made very in-expensively. They have changed management a couple times so might be more responsive now.
I am very satisfied with the price and layout of the apartment. The property is nice. There is not people hanging around outside all times of day, which I disliked about my previous location. The basketball and soccer court is nice also.
New managment is great. I love my spacious town home and how accomodating the leasing office has been for me. Yhis has been a great change!
