I wish I can give 0 star. They charge you more than what is stated on the lease. The manager does not help at all. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not live there!

Without knowing the details of your complaint, there is no way to accurately address it. What I can say is that we NEVER charge more than the rental amount on the lease - ever. I have found Three Fountains Apartments to be well kept, with friendly people, and convenient to everything. I decided on this place, sight unseen, and I do not regret my decision. See for yourself. It’s beautiful and quiet!

I moved here almost two years ago from a colder climate and have been extremely happy to have made this my home. The maintenance here is quick and top notch, the grounds are lovely, the apartments are quiet with minimal sound traveling between apartments and the office staff is friendly. And my knees love that it is an elevator building!

I have been here for two years. The office staff are all helpful, kind and efficient. The maintenance staff keep the buildings clean and repairs are made quickly. The property, lawns, pools, etc. are clean and neat. The prices for rent are unbelievable compared to other apartments I looked at and lived in prior to learning about Three Fountains. Parking and storage are big assets. The halls are quiet, the laundry rooms have new washers and dryers and as soon as the Pandemic is gone, the activities will be available again. You don't have to go outside for mail, emptying trash or to recycle. I highly recommend it.

MANY thanks to all the staff at 3 Fountains for all you have done to assist "Willow" and I into our new home. We are loving it here! The heated pool goes hand in hand with my physical therapy and is helping me make this the most healthy year to come. I have met several of my neighbors and pool buddies and everyone has been so positive and upbeat...such a great environment! Bed bug infested!! And snooty office management!! They get their daily thrill out of towing cars!!! Poor senior tenants can not even run upstairs to take their groceries in, with out comming down to a missing car or a big fat orange "not easily removed" sticker on their window.... I'm moving my parents!
Great location! Close to shopping, theaters, restaurants, libraries, and doctors. City bus is less than a block away. Helpful office staff, great maintenance and custodial staff. Pools, library, business center, and fitness room on site. I have lived here for five years. It Isis truly an oasis in the busy, bustling city. I highly recommend this complex.
I was not told how to show income on the application, which was too brief to accomodate it all. My application went in with about 1/2 of my income and I was informed after 4 days that my deposit would be about four times what was originally quoted ,because Lisa ran my app without all my verifyable income. When I offered to provide full income verification, I was told they could not redo my app., (In much more stern terms) Lisa was very rude and condescending, and inaccurate, saying that I was told what to provide. Indeed, she was not there when the front receptionist, who'd been there a week gave me the app. Shoddy treatment!!!!!!!!!!
We will not move for a couple of weeks. With my husband, son, and daughter-in-law, we checked out three apartments complexes while visiting Albuquerque, and as soon as we drove into the driveway at Three Fountains, we became excited. When the manager showed us the model apartment, we all said this is the one! We will be moving in the first week of November 2014.
After reading some of the reviews I was waiting for the fly in the ointment.I haven't found it. The grounds are beautifully kept up and the 70's style very welcoming. The office staff worked with me on some of my personal move-in issues to my total satisfaction. The one maintenance call I had was answered quickly in a very professional and friendly manner. The unit I am in looks as if it has been completely refurbished. What I treat! The value is incredible. As to noise, due to the 70's construction there isn't any except for the local birds when I am sitting on my balcony with my morning coffee.. Everyone I have met has been very friendly. Can't wait until winter when I can watch the snow falling from my vantage point in the heated indoor swimming pool.
