      Disappointed

      Place looked amazing when I moved in but I soon found out different. Very noisy neighbors all around. Thin walls and floors. Shabby construction. Water is shared which is absurd since there are way more people living behind me than should be. No pitbulls, yet they are everywhere. Dog poop and trash everywhere. Parking is difficult with all the extra people that should not be living here. Pool has been closed more than it has been open. Manager says issues will be addressed yet they are not. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.

      Current Resident

      The apartment overall is nice inside. The biggest issue is that the foundation and walls are very thin and complaints are not addressed. You can hear literally everything and I am on the highest floor. You can hear other peoples doors shutting, cabinets, when your neighbors are in the kitchen, and worst of all footsteps especially if your neighbors walk very heavy. It shakes the apartment. The people that live below me I can always hear them talking and they make a lot of noise with banging, music, and the loud stomping. Complaints have been made using all forms of communication but they have been ignored or I have been asked to record which is impossible to hear via iPhone but still tried. It also takes a while for maintenance to get around to issues that should’ve been fixed before I moved in but some of those things got fixed not all. I was one of the first to occupy my building so I couldn’t hear much of anything at first but if I’d known this would be this bad when people moved in I would not have opted to liyve here. Construction next door has been also going on since I moved in almost everyday which has been a disturbance. There has definitely been an increase in gnats as well.
