Property Ratings at Thomaston Crossing
I haven't come across any loud noises while my roommates and I have been here now for a few months. The trash location is not that great but that's just because people throw anything in there. The gates stay operational except due to weather or someone smashing into them. I did have a fear of our cars being broken into. Unfortunately that was the case here. Just keep in mind this can happen anywhere at any time. It is the only concern I have so far because the gates are working and it still happened. Still one of the best options we decided on and the people up front were very nice and welcoming.

I’ve loved these apartments for years. They clean up trash around the complex regularly so it stays clean. They pressure wash the buildings and keep up with landscaping. The lighting around the complex makes me feel safe as well. It’s absolutely beautiful just like the pictures they advertise. I love the location. They opened a publix right down the road which is so convenient. Anytime I’ve had any issues, staff is so personable and really act like they care. Also, any maintenance issue is SO easy to resolve. I just send a request on their app on my phone and they come usually that day or the next. They even change and provide new lightbulbs! As a single mom, anything like this is helpful. They handle anything so quickly. I brag on my apartments constantly to people in my life. I love where I live. I hope this place never gets bought out by new owners or anything because so far, they are doing amazing! :)

The person who commented about the noise is 100% correct! The noise in this place is RIDICULOUS, and there is nothing you can do about it. You can complain, call the police, etc. but nothing happens! With the price it costs to live here, one would expect at least some type of peace and quiet. The place looks amazing, but the noise just isn't worth it!
Lease is up in 4 months can't wait!!! Rent is too much for this place! Neighbors are uncontrollably LOUD it's ridiculous! For the amount of rent you pay you would expect to enjoy your apartment but nooo you can't because there's loud music playing all night parties it's just insane I'm counting down to get out of this place!!! Also the laundry room is always disgusting, breeze ways are nasty trash is everywhere in my building. I expected more from this place I'm highly upset and can't wait to find somewhere better!

The apartments are nice, especially the wood floors. You can hear your neighbors, especially in the bathrooms and through the ceiling. There is no dog park despite the fact that they've had it advertised for a few years. The pool entrance gates don't always work. The washers have mildew. There are a few residents with dogs that they keep on their patios, so you get barked at constantly (and scared to death). The office has no drop box, so you either have to pay rent during office hours or pay an extra fee monthly to pay online. There are some noisy residents who never seem to get addressed - college parties and car horns going off for entire weekends.
The leasing office staff is really nice and attends to all of your needs quickly. The pool is a great addition that stays open late. The apartments are roomy and modern.
I live in a excellent apartment complex. There are no bad reviews, nor is there any noise late at night. This is the first apartment that I've had that I can really call home.
These apartment complexes make you blessed to come home. These apartments were meticulously designed with the renter in mind. Spacious closets, faux hardwood floors, ceramic backsplashes and new fixtures make this apartment the envy of them all. These apartments redefine luxury. They have a dog park and pool among their amenities. Their gym is state of the art with all working and new equipment and they have courtesy officers on staff that promptly handle any issues. I have absolutely no complaints about the courteous staff, exciting amenities and comfortable price. I feel that these apartments redefine luxury and give the best perception to what renting is supposed to be. :)
