Great atmosphere and great management. I should have stayed.

MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN!

MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN! When I asked for help about it, their "security cameras" were conveniently not working. Had issues with the security person always asking my daughter to leave the pool for being too young even though she was 18. At the end, overall did not feel safe living there anymore and had to move immediately.

Living at Thomas Estates

Quiet...Clean....Respectable place to live...also Safe...Secure... Sanitary! Our property manager is an extremely sweet/complete business minded woman! Apartments are large and priced to be affordable!

Apartment, Community, and Staff Amy & Nathan are the absolute BEST! It has been my pleasure to work with them. They have truly gone above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered, a tour was given, and paperwork was kept secure. Thank You so much for making this experience a GREAT ONE... Moving is not always easy...But they are truly making it pleasant .

Best Move Ever

Hi my name is Georgia Bazemore, I moved here 8/3/17, I lived 3 hrs away. I never did a walk through, look online saw some Picture before the 3D. I like what I saw, I did everything over the Phone with Kelly. Had my daughter do the Foot work for me, A&T Student. I love it Here,We around everything, You Name it it’s Walking Distance.Glad I made the Choice to Move Here & Better Doctor for Daughter. I jumping all over the Place with this, I’m Glad to be here, I recommend Thomas Estates, Very Good & Clean Place to Stay. Friendly Manager.
