I've been living in my one bed room apartment for about 4months now and I can say that it has been nice. I like how there is no loitering, maintenance come when there's a problem reported, the apartments have been remodeled and updated appliances. The staff in the office and maintenance crew has been very helpful and and seem like they do care about the tenants.

These apartments are wonderful , my 2bd 2btr came with washer, dryer and microwave, if I have a problem with anything I contact maintenance and they come right on out to solve the issue , not too ghetto , they don’t have people standing all outside or sitting on the steps , it’s pretty quiet and I love how the residents only have access to the gate , making us feel secure and comfortable! So far so great been here for 6 months no major complaints!

The management is very helpful and understanding I feel safe and protected also I have a 2bedroom and it’s been great and very comfortable.

My time here at the Brooklyn has been nothing less than amazing! The staff here goes above and beyond for their tenants.

The office ladies are very helpful and tell you what you need to know. I haven’t had any issues since living here, no issues with bugs or anything like that. They respond to issues as quick as they can get to you. Nice place to live

I've Been Living Here 8yrs, Never Had A Complaint about anything. Recently got a renovated apartment and I love everything about it.

Very good experience so far, whenever an issue the maintenance people come right away! Rent is decent, great livingroom space plus they lock they gates witch is a A++ for me!

I have lived over here for 7 years and been through several management changes and this one has been the best. They are continually improving the property. Very quiet and comfortable!!

The Brooklyn Apartments are affordable but the staff is incredible helpful and stays on top of communication. They respond in a timely manner, make putting work orders in easy and the management at the facility knows the importance of keeping everyone happy and safe. I've lived here for going on 4 years and I am extremely happy to call this place my home.

The process was so easy and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, well beyond my expectations. This was everything I wished for in my first apartment

The Brooklyn has been a great move for me. It is very spacious and quiet in these apartments. The plus, is that I’m surrounded by all the places that I shop at and even closer to my child’s daycare. I recommend these apartments to local Memphians and even to those who are new to the city.

The apartment is very well-maintained and has a modern feel. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice kitchen. It also comes with a patio out back where you can sit outside and relax.

The Brooklyn apartments are surrounded by multiple stores that are walking distance and schools for kids. The apartments management crew are very friendly and they try to fit everyones’ needs in when they can. They are now providing more safety measures for their residents with closed gates! I would recommend this especially for first apartment renters!!

Rent is very fair and it's a gated community very private and quiet place too find peace after work no extra activity that causes concern

This is a very nice place to call home. You will feel safe and comfortable. Our onsite manger and receptionist are very helpful and will answer all of your questions that you need to know. The maintenance team are always on their jobs when needed.I love where I am.

This is by far the best apartment complex around. From the affordable rent and location right next to the express way, to the quiet neighborhood and clean grounds. No crime and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone.

The office staff has been very friendly and helpful during my move in. Been here 4 months and is fairly quiet area. Complex is gated and the mailboxes are secure. I’ve enjoyed living here so far. Thank you.

The Brooklyn is a very comforting apartment complex. The environment is very suitable and comfortable and the apartment (mine in particular) is non other than warming and inviting.

The management as well as the maintenance team are wonderful I haven’t had any issues while living here for the short period of time. The outside of the apartments are clean grass stays cut. I haven’t really been happy here so far.

I had a very positive experience from applying to signing my lease. Everything was smooth. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom renovated apartment and I love it. So much space and updated. It’s very quiet in the area. I’m glad I chose to move here.

Since this is my first apartment, The Brooklyn, has made this a home for me. Quiet neighborhood and a clean complex. Moving from one part of Hickory Hill to another, this has been the most serene I’ve been since being in this area.

They definitely got my apartment together fast! All the requirements I requested were met. So far it’s been very quiet and pleasant!

New to the area, so this is my first time visiting this establishment. I must say, The Brooklyn is a good place to stay. The cleanliness, the environment was up to par.

Its better now since we have new management. I been over here 2 years now and have saw so much change. Just wish we get the gates together all of them. Other than that its a great place to stay now.

Since the new complex manager has come on board, maintenance requests seem to be done in a more timely manner. Also when talking with new manager, seems to be more concerned with taking care of tenets in their needs better than before
