Property Ratings at The Wyatt Makers Quarter
The Wyatt is a great place to live. The team is professional, friendly, & the community is welcoming. The building itself is beautiful & gives an instant home feeling to anyone who wants to consider it a home.
The Wyatt is a great place to live especially if it’s your first place in downtown. It is a brand new community that opened mid-2024. That means new gym equipment, pool, community room, etc. The price for square footage is way less than other apartment complexes. They have in-unit washer and dryer. They also have garage parking. But for those that don’t want to drive, the trolley station is a short walk (about 3 blocks away) and there is a bus stop right at our complex. Best of all, if you do choose to drive, 3 different freeways (163, 5, and 94) are easy to access from The Wyatt, with the 5 South on-ramp is just next to the Wyatt leasing office.
The Wyatt is an outstanding community. The staff is all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Consistent communication about activities and/or work notices around the building done in a timely manner. Units are very spacious compared to similar floor plans at other communities in the area that have similar pricing without sacrificing the availability and quality of all most desirable amenities. Location is great for walkable city access while being tucked into one of the quieter areas.

This beautiful new construction apartment offers top-notch technology and amenities. I felt confident moving downtown thanks to the strong emphasis on security with features such as controlled elevator access, video monitoring, and an on-site security team. I am absolutely loving my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in San Diego.
I haven’t moved in yet but the staff have gone above and beyond in being attentive and on top of things throughout the process in particular Alenor. She is constantly keeping me up to date with the process and puts me at ease knowing I’m picking the best future apartment. I can’t wait to make this my new home!
