The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Wyatt
I have been living here going on three years. My experiences have been positive. The staff is always helpful. Maintenance is quick to check out problems. I'm not a college student, I am a senior. It's a nice place to be.
Please don't let your children live here! They advertise as student living but will lease to "anyone who qualifies". Believe the negative reviews, this is a horrible place to live. The amazing pictures on social media & perfect model unit are not the reality you move into. I wish we did more homework before signing a lease for my daughter. Positive reviews are "encouraged" for a chance to win gift cards. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Sending our kids off to college is stressful enough and dealing with poor mgmt & a run down property makes it that much harder. She is now in a clean, secure property with respectful mgmt & staff.
This place is not the ideal place to live. Not enough maintenance crew, my light hadn’t worked since I’ve moved in and I was forced to use a lamp for months. When they finally came they didn’t have the part. Had to wait another month. When the month went, they came and didn’t know how to fix it. Upon moving in, there were dog stains on the floor, it smelled of dog in the entire room. In which made my dog who is ultra trained(paid for training) urinate in the spot marking the territory. Now I have to worry about paying 200+ fine for something that isn’t my fault. Bathroom was completely dirty. Old toilet bowl brushes left and toilet paper from last resident. Bathtub was oh so dirty and toilet was as well. After a long long drive had to ask my roommate to use her restroom because I wasn’t comfortable using my own!! Staff is very friendly though.

The apartments were not clean to start with (we had to clean for hours and found previous renter underwear in the dresser) and the furniture was in very poor conditions. At the end of the lease they charged us over $1200 in cleaning and furniture repair fees, including $700 for a couch that could not be worth more than $200
The Wyatt management did not work to resolve the many issues that my roommates and I encountered while living there. Door locks never worked properly. Our apartment was filthy and never cleaned, even before we moved in. Ceiling leaks took out the kitchen and bathroom. The leaks lasted for over a month, though reported constantly. Moldy flooring and carpeting were never replaced. Hot water was not available for over a week. I do not recommend living at the Wyatt.
Most unhelpful apartment staff I have ever experienced. They give out a lot of perks, but when it's time to solve real issues, 80% of the staff is uninformed. It takes 10 times to get your issue solved. Something is always broke, not working properly. It's very nice and pleasant on the outside, but they are overpriced, dirty badly-kept student apartments on the inside.
So, I was supposed to move into a 3 bedroom, I was shown a beautiful well furnished apt, upon payment, I was given a very dirty apt, which I rejected, subsequently I was forced to move into a 4 bed, and to my greatest surprise, my room had no bathroom, no walk in closest, no TV in living room, so I literally have to leave my room to bath. I felt scammed, the interior deco are low budjeted. Although apt is very quite., flat mate won’t lemme increase heater, in the intense weather. These people show you something beautiful & place you in a bad place. Lesson learnt, will not renew lease, except I get a room change & would certainly not recommend to No one!
The worst living conditions I have ever been in because management didn't uphold their end of the lease agreement. Now I'm forced to live in unsafe conditions because they refuse to end my lease.
I just recently lived at the Centre apartments and all I have to say is they're terrible. We got stuck with someone we didn't know and she ended up breaking into our locked rooms with our kitchen knifes. When going to management they told me there was nothing they can do. She also smoked cigarettes in the house but management didn't do anything about it. Our washer also broke and they came to look at it but had no idea what was wrong with it so we were out of a washer for almost two weeks, while they "tried" to fix it. We ended up getting a new washer that smelt like cigarettes. The walls are also paper thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing. When moving in I was told utility bills would be cheap, but that was not the case. The seals on the doors and windows is so bad during the winter, all the cold air gets in. We had plastic over our windows and doors and they didn't help one bit. I would suggest not living here. The police had to come multiple times to break stuff up by the basketball courts. We also had broke glass all over the parking lot and took management days to clean up. Overall, a bad place to live. The rent is relatively cheap but again its not worth the trouble you'll go through.
management sucks, they don't really try to help solve problems when roommates destroy your property. walls are super thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. apartments are pretty check and cost a lot. something is always broke and they go off hear say when it comes to smoke, loud music and so much more. if they hear it than you did it.
The management is terrible here & they're not at all helpful. The grounds and the outside of the buildings are nice, but that's about it. The walls are so thin, it's far away from campus, prices are ridiculous, and the "cable" sucks. Live somewhere else.
