Property Ratings at The Woods
Apartments in this housing community are available at different price ranges to accommodate individual's budget. The crew here is friendly and very prompt in fixing issues. The turn around time for any work order is less than 24 hrs. I would definitely recommend this place. Monica Agarwal
If you want to live somewhere where you don't have to travel far to go shopping or class, this is the area for you. Across and down the street from the apartment buildings you have places like Wal-Mart, Price Chopper (well reviewed grocery store), Planet Fitness, Save-a-lot, a few fast food chain and local restaurant and bars. As for the apartments, the buildings and yards are well maintained. Every seasons, the maintenance does everything that you would do if you had your own house. They mow, rake, plow, you name it. The office has a small gym, a nice lounge room (if you were to plan a party) and a pool along with a medically trained lifeguard. Every buildings are different and so are the apartments in the buildings. There are four different types of apartments and each of them are unique. Living here is like living in luxury but without the really high priced rents. You won't regret choosing to live here.
