From the simple (air filter replacement) to the complex (dryer quit heating) the maintenance crew is prompt and efficient. Very neat and always leave a note to tell you what’s done or still needs doing.
The quality of the customer support before and after you move in is incredible. Me and my family are extremely happy with the dessition of moving here.
Absolutely terrible experience attempting to lease, a few things came up that would make me very concerned if I was senior management or a future resident. I asked how the 3x rent rule worked, and she stated they usually do 40 (Hours worked per week) · (Hourly Rate) · 4 (Weeks in the month)… but with that math, they are saying every month has 28 days, and going off of 24 paychecks a year (bi-weekly) instead of 26. My hourly rate is below what was needed but my commission put me over. I've only had one paycheck so far and it didn’t have a full 80 hours worked because I was attending a funeral. It did show my bonus. She requested an offer letter, I specifically asked what information she needed the offer letter to say, (because the paystub was not enough) and was told “I can’t tell you that.” It felt like I was the one who was trying to find a solution, with bare minimum effort on their part. The property manager seems very new. She didn’t know what a sure deposit was. I reached out to her personally and it felt like she was asking the leasing agent for assistance.
Management has been a blessing. They’ve been very understanding and accommodating during this pandemic. They are truly a great group of people
One of the worst communities Ive lived at. Car gets hit in parking lot and my garage is so far away that its inconvenient. Management doesnt actually pay referral fees, they just hope you forget you referred someone. Just a poor place to be in general.
I think management and staff are doing a phenomenal job. My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic

Honestly, one of the safest apartment complex in town. The apartment is wonderful. Great luxurious layout with the perfect kitchen. I imagine we will likely stay here for more then a year.
For the most part it is quiet. My neighbors have always been courteous and not noisy. The dogs here are amazing! Most are friendly and their people are always happy to chat with you. It would be nice to have the gates repaired. I do like it here.
Woodford on Mockingbird is by far the best community Ive lived in. The staff members are friendly and beyond helpful. Ive settled in so easily here without any hassle. The grounds are kept so well, neighbors are pleasant, and located in a very convenient spot.

Woodford on Mockingbird is a great place to live. Our leasing agent went above and beyond of us. Moving to Texas from out of state was stressful enough, but the Woodford team made the process super easy and enjoyable. Amenities and grounds are very well kept and clean.

Was a great place . Most Residence at the pool talk about how poor I have like a caring the office staff is. Many of us have been insulted talked down to and ignored.

What I like most about wood ford community is its new well maintained the staff or amazing Really fast to respond to calls and in person they brighten your day the amenities here or really nice I like the trash pickup the grounds or well maintained it feels like Im home here Not like work and camp life

The Woodford on Mockingbird has been amazing. When I first came to view the apartments one of the first things to strike me was the friendliness of everyone who works here. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and the amenities such as the pool, gym, dog bath/parks, etc. are fantastic. Overall, the apartments and the community are gorgeous, it really feels like luxury living.

When my husband and I first moved in we couldnt believe that we couldnt even hear neighbors from upstairs or the construction work thats still being done this community is not yet finished but it amazes me of how quiet and so comforting it is. I know right away when we saw this in a residential area this was the place. The staff were so welcoming all the time when I came in or even my husband they made sure we were taken care of 100%. I can tell this community is way better than where we last lived we couldnt even engage in a conversation with residents without a bad glare and hear were actually getting to know our neighbors and other residents.
