Don't move here
I lived here for 18 months and would not recommend it. It is terribly managed and poorly maintained, nobody ever ever responds to emails. Even now they will not answer my calls or emails about getting my key deposit back. My car was broken into in the underground parking and they told me they couldn’t see anything on the cameras even though my car was in a dead end corner with cameras on 2 sides, either the cameras don’t even work or they didn’t care to check them. They entered my apartment without 24hr written notice. My neighbour constantly had her dog off leash in the halls and in the gym which I complained about numerous times and nothing ever came of it. There are no consequences at all which is really nice for everyone not following the rules. There is mold in the windows and the building had to be sprayed for cockroaches after being lived in for just over a year which is crazy. And the elevator breaks down every couple days (wish that was an exaggeration).
