Property Ratings at The Winsley
This place isn't worth it, yah the price might look okay but after you pay the 1000 fees' they don't tell you about, its not. Not to add the crime, mold, trash, rats and more issues I don't even want to waste my breath getting into. Save yourself the hassle. The staff is nice at first but incompetent at fixing any real issues and rude after your sign. Expect to get a large bill on vacating your apartment, they will try and throw as much renovation onto you instead of paying for it themselves as wear and tear.
The Winsley is a great place , everyone is great , professional & fast to help .
Its an alright complex, with not great office workers but amazing amenities
I love my apartment!! I have a third floor gem that overlooks the trees and nature life. The pool is great and I look forward to using the gym and indoor basketball court. The improvement I would like to see is more parking spaces and more carports.

If 0 star was an option, I would give it that. Where do I even start? Car window was broken in February and the car was ransacked. Our catalytic converter was sawed off in the parking lot on the same car. Nobody saw or heard anything? Doubt it. Our packages are constantly getting stolen. The office staff is extremely unhelpful and they don't give a single care about the residents who live at the property. We DO NOT feel safe in our own home and actually have to patrol our cars every night because the security is trash. Save yourself the headache, do not move here. Its cheap for a reason and you end up paying even more from all the package thefts, car break-ins, and property damages. Cant wait to get out of here. Biggest mistake I've made was to choose The Winsley. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

I have lived here for four years and the place is great. Friendly helpful staff, fast efficient maintenance. Nice grounds, with a pond and ducks! Spacious apartments and sufficient storage. It is pet friendly and they do community events, sometimes even including the pets. The only con is the parking, but that can be expected at any apartments. Getting a reserved space takes care of a lot of that headache.

I have lived here for three years and have always felt at home from the first day. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Vaughn. Maintenance is fast and efficient. The grounds are well maintained and there is a pond with duck! They place is very pet friendly. My cats have always felt comfortable here and when senior cats passed, they were very sympathetic. They even have had pet appreciation day and gave the pets treats. The only cons are not anything to do with management. Parking can be scarce and it would be nice if they had visitor parking closer to the back buildings. If you pay for a space it is well worth it. Also some neighbors not being considerate of the area around them and the effort it takes the staff to keep the complex looking so nice. But it seems that reminders have improved that.

I so appreciate the clean facility. Pressure washing buildings, washing the outside of the windows (I presume so oldies like me don't take a tumble when trying to do it ourselves). Grounds are kept tidy. Management responds quickly and the maintenance crew does as well. Would highly recommend!

Living here has been nice. For the most part everyone keeps to themselves. I have felt pretty safe living here. Parking is not an issue for me since I pay for two parking spots, so if you don't reserve a paid spot, you'll have a difficult time finding parking past 5pm. By far though, this has been the better apartments I've lived at in the area.

I love The Winsley! I moved in a little over a year ago. Maintenance is awesome and super friendly. Management has been super helpful during the pandemic. The only thing I am sad about is that none of the amenities were available to me due to COVID-19.

I am approaching my one year anniversary with The Winsley in Dec. I found this place the end of October of last year. I LOVE living here. Most maintenance is done within 24 hours. The staff is nice and friendly. Especially Vaughn. They are pet friendly and have made my cats and I feel welcomed from the first day.

The Winsley is a quite and safe feeling place with well groomed landscaping. Getting a parking spot with your rental is a must. Cant wait for the new remodeled gym and pool areas which is not available for a few months. My neighbors are nice and quite and appear to like it here as well.

The team put together at Walden Pond is the definition of team work. You have some shining stars in place at this community who have bright futures. I appreciate all the care and time they put in to make the community home
Everything has been great from the time moving in and neighbors seem very nice. I had to put in a couple work orders for minor thing and contact them once about a car in my spot. Their response time for everything I have needed has been very fast and everyone seems helpful and nice.
I just moved in and so far the experience has been enjoyable. Vaughn has been very helpful and a delight to work with. I love the layout of the apartment. The only thing that would make it better is if it was on the ground floor. Vaughn was very helpful with taking care of my parking needs. The place seems to be very pet friendly and so far a pleasant place to live.
Not too bad, great community and quiet neighbors so far. Can't complain much about the building just parking sucks
