After completing our tour at The Windsor with Gabriella we knew right away this would be our next home. Gabriella made us feel extremely welcomed. She did such a great job giving us the tour of the entire complex and I appreciated all the thorough information she gave us and provided us with a breakdown of estimated costs which made our decision making a lot easier. We’ve now been here for a month and we can’t say enough how much we’ve enjoyed it here already. The entire staff is amazing and the people here have been so nice and welcoming. Couldn’t be happier with our decision of choosing The Windsor as our new home!

I had to move here from another state without doing a tour. The online photos grabbed my attention and the front office manager, Gabriella helped me with every step. She sent me a video of the actual apartment I would be renting so there were no surprises. Upon my arrival, one day early, Gabriella helped me get everything completed so I could get settled. This place is quiet, conveniently located, near the BART, and just simply nice. I enjoy the gym and pool that is shared with the Marriott hotel. I would definitely rent here again!

I have had a wonderful experience at the Windsor so far. I recently moved here from the east coast for work and Crystal and Gabriella made my move extremely easy. They have gone above and beyond to be helpful and are just great to work with. After moving in, they have continued to be outstanding, and have gone out of their way to be helpful. They really are excellent at their jobs. You can tell they take pride in what they do. John is also great. I asked him to clean my washing machine and he had it done the very next morning. My unit is spacious and comfortable. The location is great. It takes me ten minutes to walk to BART. I am so happy I chose the Windsor!

I have only lived here for a little over a month, but I am so happy with my decision to move here! Love having the freeway entrance so close, so easy access to both freeway directions. Living at The Windsor is a breeze. The management team and maintenance team make living here like a vacation all year round. I rarely have any issue that require maintenance as the Windsor team does a great job in maintaining and regularly servicing its units and amenities. But when I do the maintenance team is always prompt to respond, usually within the same day. And friendly, curious and professional in the process of resolving any issues I have!

We are new in the US. Our priorities were safety , quiet environment with an average walkscore (because we had no driver license). we found more at Winsdor . Vicinity to Bart Station , downtown and some shopping spots are perfect. We are living as if we are in a single house because our neighboors are so respectful and quiet. Everything is working very smoothly. We know that wonderful property managers and wonderful maintenance team are ready to provide their best in case of any need. Wonderful roof terraces eliminates any dining out need and accompanying of just a coffee mug or a glass of wine you can multiply twice your pleasure with a wonderful Mt Diablo view. If I failed to describe our joy we are having by living at Windsor , it is because of my lack of English. Thank you for everything.

Living at The Windsor in beautiful Walnut Creek provides an elevated level of luxury in a very upscale city. The property is beautiful with its three peaceful fountains and graceful palm trees. The staff at The Windsor is there for you providing a stress less and peaceful environment.

The Windsor is a great place to live! It is a clean, safe, community-oriented complex that is walking distance to BART and pet friendly. The staff are very responsive and easy to work withCrystal the on-site manager is friendly, polite, & quick to respond to any questions; John & Stuart are the maintenance guys who are hard-working, prompt, & thorough in resolving any issues that arise no matter how big or small. We highly recommend living at The Windsor!

The Windsor is an excellent place to live. My apartment is in great condition, the staff are friendly, and the BART station and downtown Walnut Creek are just a short walk away.

We travel and spend extended periods of time in various locations, and are provided apartments during those engagements. Of the many lodgings afforded us, The Windsor has been the very best; a premium five-star accommodation, and largely because Crystal and Stuart practice and live out the very essence of excellence in hospitality. Friendly, caring and professional, they lend a welcoming touch that makes you feel genuinely at home. We have never experienced this before. Each has gone beyond the call in every interaction. The safe, happy and warm mood they set informs and pervades every aspect of the marvelous Windsor living experience. In addition to this first order management team, the building and surrounding milieu are that of a luxurious villa. Comforting traditional home decor in the rooms, quiet hallways and neighbors, well appointed fixtures and a grand courtyard all combine to make The Windsor a home you never wish to leave. Thank you Crystal and Stuart for being such lovely people, and for providing the best "home away from home" ever!

The Windsor property managers and maintenance team are professional and courteous at all times. They are polite and greet you when passing them by on common grounds. Today I was scheduled for a tour, to see some 2 bedroom apartments of the property. Kimberly the sales assistant of the Windsore, was very nice, she is so wonderful. She helped me too much, explained everything! I will be more than happy to live there. Thank you kimberly

This complex adjoins The Marriott. We share the pool, restaurant, fitness center, bar and the business center. We also receive 25% off food and beverage and discounts on hotel rooms. The staff at The Windsor and The Marriott treat all of the residence like VIP's. Both properties are well maintained. The management team take great care of us and make us feel like family. Stuart C.
