I love the community and almost everything about the Windsor. I’m a bit disappointed in the rate of increase of my rent over the past three cycles (over 50%) and am hoping I can continue to live here.

Amazing front office staff!! They put together so many fun activities that is unlike any complex I’ve ever lived before. Pools are great and I love that they just put in grills.

Love this place! Safe, secure and peaceful. Great location, It has everything you need nearby in biking distance. Not to mention the premium bike paths that take you almost anywhere you could imagine! The home it self is also up to snuff, it has a simple clean modern design. Granite countertops, high ceilings, balcony/patio in unit washer and dryer and personal favorite is the attached garage. It also has great amenities like the pools at every building and hot tub at the main office. Overall great place to live. We have renewed lease twice and fully intend to renew again!

The Windsor is an incredible place to live. The staff and maintenance crew are just amazing. Since I have lived here the past few years, it has been incredible. Everyone is so wonderful to work with. Not to mention the apartments in townhomes are beautiful. It is like living in your own house. The grounds s and Pole area are well maintained and just adds to the beauty of living here. I absolutely love it and could not imagine living anywhere else.

Management and leasing office are very good and responsive, lovely pool and facilities. Forced rent increases with no negotiation or options in either rate or length of lease is pretty bad though.

The apartments themselves are very nice. The biggest win is the attached garage, it's super convenient. Probably a great community for people that like to do things and spend a lot of money but I like to be quiet and alone. The club house is constantly having food trucks or some type of get together for arts and crafts, how to decorate class, and holiday stuff. The landscaping is well taken care of and looks very nice from outside. The only downside is the community of people themselves. The people living here are rude and don't follow the apartment rules. Neighbors are loud, dogs bark 24/7, the gates break more often then not more than likely due to the lazy neighbors that pry the gates open to walk through them instead of walking an extra foot to the walking gate. There's too many cars per unit that there is hardly parking. The streets are filled with cars no one uses their garages or driveways making it annoying to drive through.

I absolutely love living here! The apartments are incredibly spacious and affordable, making it a truly comfortable home. We just moved here and will be moving out. The townhome they gave us looks nothing like what is shown on the website. We have made multiple attempts to contact the leasing office with no response. People piggy back the gate to enter the community. Not a pleasant start to our move to Colorado. Look elsewhere.

I love living here! All of the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. I love the attached garage and location by Bear Creek Trails. It also is a gated community and the maintenance team are always on top of things. Great place for my family and I.

I have lived in my complex for 11 yrs now.. It is a little community here great staff the grounds are kept very well, with lots of beautiful trees .Dog friendly was very important to me . I love that it backs up to open space ,bike trails ,creek and close to many restaurants, shops and a beautiful view ! I love my apt.
The Windsor is an excellent place to live since it is a gated community it is very quiet and family friendly. The floor plan and location are great as my unit back to open space with a nice walking path run behind it. The pool and clubhouse are very modern and up to date and very well maintained.
The amenities are great, including a pool and weight room. There are even yoga classes in the clubhouse. Most of the townhomes include spacious garages. There are not a lot of spaces for visitor parking, and street parking is not allowed. The apartments appear nice, but are outdated when compared to the amount of rent being paid. I like the culdesac and gated community for security and allow my kids a safe place to play.
I think one of the biggest worries that people have when they have lived anywhere is what is it going to be like when you leave. Will management ding you for every little mark on the wall or counter? My experience moving out of the Windsor was very positive. I cleaned the apartment the best I could without having to get a carpet shampooer. I didn't have to patch holes smaller than dime size and I had the option to not repaint walls for a very reasonable charge (I had painted them blue). For those that are more worried about maintenance being attended to we never had issues with getting that addressed by the staff there to include when the garbage disposal acted up or the bathtub clogged up. When a squirrel had invaded the attic the staff worked with us over many weeks to resolve the issue (both removal and prevention). The only thing that would make it better is if the Windsor was closer to Belmar or other location. The local shopping center is lacking and that is the only issue I have when location is considered. If you have no problem with this then you have a beautiful trail just behind you for a long walk, run, or bike ride.
