Property Ratings at The Willows (Sprague and Michigan LLC)
Management is terrible. There has been three different management companies in my time living here, each one worst than the last. The current company is in Lansing and they have not been helpful whatsoever. Just recently someone puked on the main staircase. It has now been a week and it is still not cleaned up. Don’t recommend living here.
The management is poor and unhelpful. When I moved out so did my entire floor. They claim enough parking for visitors but threatened to tow often but would not follow through I have never seen a tow truck. They said they included WiFi but our WiFi provided was 10mbits and I was told to purchase a WiFi booster when I asked which would do nothing so I had to purchase my own WiFi to be able to do anything on the internet. Maintenance tried to enter our apartment without warning and they only weren’t able to because of a broken lock that was changed upon moving in.
