This is a beautiful complex right in the heart of Jonesboro. All apartments have completely remodeled with new siding and side walks on the outside and new cabinets, paint and flooring on the inside. Very close to Jonesboro High School and historic downtown Jonesboro. Lots of grass and common area for tenants to enjoy the outdoors. Has management office open Monday through Friday from 10-5 and an onsite maintenance man for tenant convenience. All apartments are electric and come equipped with a stove, fridge, and dishwasher.

People generally know Jonesboro as the home of Arkansas State University, which serves as the cultural hub for the community.
