The Willows at Printers Park Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of living at Willows Apartments, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Ron helped me every step of the way. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the entire complex is. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with manicured lawns and vibrant flower beds that create a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. I appreciated the attention to detail in both the design and cleanliness. It’s evident that the management takes pride in maintaining a high standard; the common areas, like the fitness center, swimming pool are spotless!

Hello! Welcome to the Willows. Want any visitors or family to come see you? Too bad! There's less than 10 visitor spots for 400 apartments. Get the gate code? Too bad! They will tow your vehicle within a couple hours. Want to swim? Too bad! You need a wrist band. What a joke of an apartment complex. "Secured" by the easiest code on the planet.

The Willows at Printers Park is a very welcoming, friendly, and beautiful community. The staff does all to make you feel at home. They do not present themselves as the communitys staff, but as your friendly neighbor....with your best interest at heart. The community is conveniently located, peaceful, and maintains a positive environment.

It's a cool place to live. The management team is great.

The management team is great, they respond quickly to any issue they keep the apt homes clean and neat. the ground is always well kept. There are some tenants that have pets that would not clean up after their pets. I would recommend anyone who is looking for some peace and quite this would be the place.

Among apartments in Colorado Springs, the Willows at Printer's Park is a gem that should not be overlooked. The management has invested heavily in the community and the property managers are responsive to resident's concerns. Complaints are quickly addressed and management does not tolerate violations of property rules. Moreover, the maintenance staff here are exceptional, being responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The result is a very liveable experience at this property. I highly recommend both this property and its management company.

So far so good. Quiet community, nice people. Neighbors above me must have a dog and it must be all hard surface flooring, b/c that dog gets NOISY!! And my neighbor just had his car stolen last week, right out of the RESTRICTED gate access. But again, as mentioned above, the pedestrian access is NEVER locked, so anyone can just waltz right in.

This is a great community so far. Everyone is very attentive and nice.

The staff and maintenance men are very up on everything and respond in a very timely manor. the grounds keeper does a excellent job also keeping our grounds good. I have been here 4 years and how I decided on The Willows was the good reviews which were pretty well accurate.

Community areas are nice. Rent is a bit steep. Appliances are nice. Horrible A/C, heating, and water pressure. Love the dog stands with poop bags.

Parking sucks and trash cans are always full

It does not do any good to say anything. That being said, Martina does a wonderful job.

This is a terrible place to live. It may be better with new people in the leasing office.

Landscaping is good staff is wonderful

I love living at the Willow's I have lived in many apartments and I can say this one is the best. The management is amazing, they are so kind and polite. They always help me right away if I ever need it. They were able to get me into the exact apartment I wanted with all of the features I asked for. My apartment is clean, nice, and very spacious. Everyday, I come home and I am so happy to be living in such a nice community with nice employees and neighbors.

If you could free walk in an out of Jail it would be the Willows. There is no sense of community. There is no presence from the leasing company. It's the wild west here no enforcement of any rules. They love to tow cars because it's added revenue. People leave trash on their patios.

Willows was a great find. It provided me with the quality I experienced at my previous out of state residence at half the cost. Staff was more the helpful and pleasant. They treated, especially Martina, as family. The leasing process was like I was returning home. The complex is very nice, comfortable, and well situated to the surrounding community. Great place to live!

everything is fine here I was given a special parking place due to my needs the only complaint i have is the rent and how much it has gone up since i have been here My experience so far has been very good the pool and hot tub was closed all summer there is no business office anymore, computers and printers and also we use to get nice breakfasts etc but they took out the kitchen facilities and the breakfasts were really good miss that

If you have a dog this place is great for you. They allow you to let you dog use the bathroom anywhere and not even have to clean it up. There are designated areas for dogs to use the bathroom which is not the playground area but still people do it and leave it. Children cannot go out and play because it is everywhere. Even walking to your car you see it all over the place. If you complain to the office even with evidence of who is doing it they do nothing. Don't get upset that my kids are inside playing because I am tired of them stepping in dog waste and getting sick from it. On top of it most of the amenities are unavailable and have been for over a year. This place used to be a good place to live but over the past year has really dropped their standards.

Property managers and maintenance personnel are awesome. However, the quality of the construction of the buildings are not to my standards. The noise level from neighbors can be extremely loud; rather it's just walking hard, loud bass from stereo or just arguing. The community is clean and the people are friendly.

Safe and secured environment and neighborhood!

The parking is terrible the gates are often broken that includes key entry gates and card entry gates. Maintenance is not tidy after a job. Other than that nice finishes nice appliances and quiet community

When we first moved in we thought we were getting a great deal, but in recent months that deal became ever increasingly raw. The amenities that we pay a premium for, including but not limited to the fitness center, pool, club house, and gated access have all been slowly stripped away for "renovation". Without so much as a notice or compensation. Perhaps the most concerning is the fact that the gates are left open 24/7. My car was broken into twice, and strange men knocking at my door at 10pm. The management office has had nothing to offer except empty sentiments. There is only a few months left on our lease and i sincerely doubt we will be staying.

I've live here quite some time and I have to say everything they show is a joke. When I moved in, the rent was appropriate for what you got. Over the years they made "improvements" and jacked the rent up. The pictures lie about what they are and most of the apartments need a major update. Not to mention once you move in you're stuck with what you got and they refuse to update anything until you move out. You're not allowed to do a number of things to improve or increase your quality of living. The staff used to be friendly but once the new upper management took overthey became cold with the exception of the maintenance staff. I would move but they raised my rent so much it's hard to save and to break the lease is outrageous. So I wouldn't believe all the up front beauty and really dog deep and see these apartments for what they really are. Shame because I used to like living here.
