I am a few months in, and I have to say I am still very pleased with the complex 8/10. Only thing would be parking but most times there's plenty of parking on the main road which sometimes is more convenient the parking spots.

I am a NEW Resident here and I feel we made a great choice to relocate here, this move was way overdue for me. From day one starting with our tour once we started the process from our application, to things we needed prior to moving in and just basic communication throughout the entire process was a 5??star. The ladies in the office were very professional, very kind, very knowledgeable and made us feel BLESSED we picked this community to live in. Very THANKFUL

Good starter community for people whose getting first apartments or need back on their feet. There is some concern about disrespectful neighbors and pests but the leasing office does try to help as much as they can.

it has been really good! everyone is very friendly and kind, amber from the office is very respectful and friendly. the only complaint we would have is that the bedrooms don't have lights

Parking is horrible since i moved in if you cant park before 5pm forget about it your not parking instead you have to park all the way out of the community just to have a space to park. Other than that the apartments are nice and affordable and they dont make me want to rip my hair out so thats great.

I enjoy living here. I have great neighbors and a safe community to raise my son. Maintenance is friendly and efficient and the staff at the management office always address any questions or concerns I have.
Prices are acceptable. Repairs can take a while but are usually done within a reasonable time. Area is nice but no bike racks. Pool is nice though.

For the most part, everything has been great. I like the improvements they’re making to the property. Maintenance could do a better job communicating with the residence regarding repairs.

I will be honest at first I was nervous me and my children are from North Carolina and I’m like oh lord these folks about to bully my babies and me. But I have been a new resident for 29 days and my children have made the best of friends I know a lot of the parents it gets a little crazy because of all the little ones running around but you feel a big sense of community and family at this property

I have had a wonderful time being here so far for about a year. However my only complaint is the maintenance doesn't really help until it's too late in my opinion, we had to request a new fridge about 3 times and each time they said the manager said no to the new fridge until it completely stopped working. We lost a lot of food and we have 2 kids.

Ever since they hired new managers my experience with the office staff has been great! They are friendly and here to help in any way that they can.

We had higher hopes for the Willows. We had prpblems with neighbors that took forever to resolve. When paying rent through morgan properties app you pay over $60 extra in fees. Have had problems with people messing with our clothes when doing laundry. Such as people stopping the machine when they weren't done so I had to pay More money because time would run out. Parking is a nightmare if you don't get home till later.

Can't wait u til my lease ends. Do not move here. Roaches are bad I'm a regular for extermination days. All the added fees and costs are ridiculous. Very unhappy.

My experience has been wonderful except for not having hot water on my first day and the microwave blowing up during the first use. Other than that, there is hardly any noise from my neighbors and we are happy.

The walls are paper thin and people try to open my door. Im not very happy about that other than that i enjoy the management they seem wonderful. The apartment is nice enough. The smell in the stair well is rough but it will be a decent home for a while.

I enjoy living at the Wilows. It's quiet for the most part; the laundry room is clean and mostly empty when I go in to do laundry. My commute to the nearest MARC station is 15 minutes away and the stores are even closer!

It’s not that bad living. Here but it could be better. Literally our first week here like the second day, there were mice running around freely. One year later there are still mice. We have to block our kitchen off with mouse traps just to keep them from roaming around our house. We have a baby and that’s unacceptable. And stuff is literally falling apart in here

Seen a few roaches and a mouse. Neighbors aren’t considerate and allow their children to run around at all times of the day and night. But the staff are very friendly and helpful. When something breaks they fix it quickly. dog owners do not bother to pick up their dogs poop.

Very nice so far,an old building but one call to them for anything to be fixed and they run coming.The maintenance guys rating them 10/10( those two men) they are very nice and patient to explain things to you if you ask

The neighbors are super friendly and the staff are nice my apartment was not so much ready for me as I thought. I was expecting it to be ready for me to be move in ready. I can’t wait to take a dip in the pool though. I’m excited about that!

Needs update on the stairs and it can be faster in the maintenance response. The inside of the apartment the bathroom and kitchen need updating but other then that it’s a good place to live.

I have been living here at the Willows for almost 3 weeks and it has been pretty good so... I like the fact that the laundry room is a locked environment. I just need to remember to have my key with me at all times and it's much cheaper to wash and dry here, unless you have bulky bedding to wash and dry. The residents seem nice.

Things have been ok so far. When I moved in there were several broken, damaged and missing items that needs to be addressed. I’ll give it some time.
My Community is great I get along with most of the people in my community. Most people are very respectful and my home is peaceful. I really get along with the managers in the rental office. They’re very kind and helpful.

I've been living in Glen Burnie MD @ the Willows since 1972. Every neighborhood has it' up and downs but I can honestly say each year has been an improvement. I Feel Safe and comfortable in my neighborhood whether I am getting home at 6PM or 3AM. The office staff is supportive and the maintenance crew never keeps me waiting for any Urgent issues. I would Recommend the Willows to anyone interested .

I love living here, my only complaints are that people continue to not clean up their pet waste, and I get packages stolen regularly. But overall I love living at the willows
