Moses Lake is a small city in east-central Washington, located just off Interstate 90 about seventy miles east of Ellensburg and one hundred miles west of Spokane. The namesake lake forms a horseshoe shape around much of the city, putting most residents just a few blocks away from the water, making aquatic activities like boating and fishing quite popular among locals.
The historically agricultural community has seen major industrial growth in recent years, with tech and manufacturing jobs now making up a sizable part of the economy, with companies like BMW and Dell now serving as major employers. The vibrant Downtown district hosts eclectic offerings ranging from locally-owned coffee shops and taverns to a community skate park and the Japanese Peace Garden, creating an environment that combines small-town charm with the diversity of a much larger city.

Property Ratings at The Weston Apartments
Cons: The apartments are very dated - stained and worn carpeting, stained showers, etc, they raise the rent every time you renew your lease, the pool isn’t kept very clean (it’s often cloudy, the filters don’t work well, and the sides have algae on them). The playground is not in very good condition and is definitely a hazard for kiddos. There are some really unruly tenants, multiple apartments have been egged several times, but management hasn’t done anything about it. Not the safest place to live either. Last year I found evidence of someone being in my apartment while I was gone so I had to change the locks. The lawns are full of dog poop because few people clean up after their dogs. Smells pretty bad in the summer when it wafts in your windows. Kitchens are fairly small and have very little room for storage . Pros: They allow pets with a small fee. Maintenance has always responded quickly. It’s usually pretty quiet (there are some kids who like to scream while playing, but that’s what kids do). The apartments are pretty spacious. Each apartment has a small storage room off the balcony or patio. Each until has a washer/dryer. Apartments are all non smoking (but you can smoke on your balcony/patio). They usually have a balcony/patio decorating contest for the holidays. Rent is lower than most places in the area. Management doesn’t bother you as long as you pay your rent on time. I’ve been here 3.5 years now. It’s not the best place I’ve lived but it’s alright. I set up security cameras because of the safety concerns. Hopefully that’ll be enough of a deterrent.
I loved living at the Weston Apartments. The units are very spacious. Holly and her team do a wonderful job keeping the whole place looking beautiful year round. They deal with tenants fairly. The prices are the best I could find in town for the size. In Moses Lake it doesn't get better than the Weston.
I have lived at the Weston Apartments for over seven years. I lived here for a year and a half, moved out with some friends and came back. This apartment complex is the best one you will ever find. The neighbors are wonderful, the grounds are clean, and the staff is amazing. Holly, the apartment manager, goes above and beyond to make sure her residents feel right at home and is always there if you have any questions or concerns. Oscar, the maintenance man, is wonderful. Any maintenance requests that are made, he is quick to take care of them. I have always felt safe and right at home.
