Property Ratings at The Westbury
I’ve reached out to management for over two months to set up a tour and no one has gotten back to me. Very unprofessional given how long I’ve been waiting
how is this a luxury apartment without an in unit washer and dryer??? this is trash and the carpet near the elevator entrace looks like its been there since the 1600s
I moved in here last month and I love it. The location is great, right near Runyon and close to the freeway. The neighbors are really friendly and management people have been great so far.
The manager, Katharine, is almost never in the office during her posted times. She never leaves a notice when she won't be in the office during that specified time. It is nearly impossible to replace our laundry cards, which had a price increase without letting tenants know. She refuses to return calls or reply with helpful information.
The Western is a decent apartment complex. Management is not the best, but the tenants are some the nicest people I've met.
Property Manager at The Westbury, Responded To This Review
Hi there, This ad if for the Westbury, not the Western. I'm not sure if you're confused, but it is true that we have the nicest people!
