LOVE the Weaver!!! I’ve lived in the building for 2+ years. Super convenient location in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3-minute drive to Whole Foods, Target, & all the best stuff on East 6th Street. 1-block away from Lady Bird Lake. Awesome gym (which is almost always empty). The building has a massive grassy field which becomes a fun dog park in the evenings. Love the Pool + 5th Floor Sky Lounge! Office management is friendly and very responsive (shoutout to Morgan for always going the extra mile!)
There was a shooting with 3 people involved because of the car club gathering that happens every Sunday from 4 pm until well after dark. It is not the first time violence has erupted just a matter of time before a bullet goes through a residents window
This place use to be so nice, but as of late there have been a lot of break-ins, bikes stolen, and soliciting

I love the clean and modern design of the Weaver and how it is extremely spacious. Parking is very easy and the whole complex is in a great environment, very close to nature. I love it here!

Great location! New build with stylish design features. The community seems to care about keeping the place nice and maintaining respect for other residents. Just be prepared to hear your neighbor's conversations/music. The walls are weirdly thin.

great amenities, great location, very clean. Everyone I've talked too is very nice and approachable. It is disappointing that so many key amenities, such as the pool and elevator. have been out of service for so long when we are paying high rent for these amenities to be open.

It's a great community building in the stunning park area. Building management is very friendly and open for requests. Although, there are some challenges with infrastructure I can see management is pushing hard to improve.

Absolutely worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to my friends. Facilities are modern and great but that’s about it. Be prepared for a 4 hour car show every Sunday with 100s of people. If you are curious (as they likely didn’t mention it or down played it while showing you the property) drive over here on Sunday between 6-8 to get the full experience yourself before signing a lease.

Location and amenities are great. The staff is very standoffish and unhelpful once you have signed your lease. There is no discussion allowed on issues, they just repeat what they have been told to say. Overall I like the apartment, location, amenities and the community as a whole - the staff could be much friendlier and helpful.

The Weaver is a great community, with a fantastic location. Located near the lake, and trails, it allows outdoorsy personalities get outside with ease. The amenities that are open so far are done well. The staff are very friendly. This development will be one of the best places to live in the coming years, near downtown Austin.

The Weaver, while not complete yet, seems to be a great living situation. With being so close to the lake, less than a mile from 5th-7th street East Side restaurants and shops, it has a great location with the up and coming East Side boom. I am looking forward to the entire building to being finished in order to take advantage of the amenities and once complete, I believe this could be one of the best communities to live in on the East Side. As for now, it has the location and nice apartments, if you are looking for amenities right away, this may not be for you.
