Property Ratings at The Waterway Apartment Homes
I moved to the community back in August of this year and it has been great. There have been a couple of resident activities and, even if I haven't attended to all of them, I do think that management is doing a great job. This is a quiet community, perfect for families and/or pet owners. Besides, we are informed of weather changes, we have received recommendations on what to do due to freezing warnings and maintenance does a good job whenever you ask for help. So far, I really like living here.

It’s extremely quiet and cozy. The grounds are kept real clean and the staff is nice. I would recommend this place to anyone. Shout it out loud.
I love this apartment complex it is so great to live here i also enjoyed having an in unit washer and dryer and I love the security of the package room.
I really like the apartment, the administration, the neighboors but I had problems with roachs in the apartment and I had to invest money in many products to help me with that.
Although the apartment itself may be a bit outdated, the management and maintenance staff more than make up for it with their exceptional customer service and genuine care. Their quick responses and attentiveness are truly commendable. The neighbors are friendly and appear to be content. The only downside is the presence of dog waste in the vicinity, particularly near designated poop stations and the playground. It's disheartening to see and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
I really like living here. The people are nice, there are multiple playgrounds, and there are lots of grocery stores nearby. When things need fixing, the repair staff is quick and helpful. You can leave things on your porch outside and not worry about people stealing them. Often, there are events for the whole community and they're always fun. It's great.

I love the community and my neighbors are awesome! It’s close to everything in Lexington, a comfortable and safe feeling community for me and my children, everyone is so nice and friendly, pool area is nice as well. Maint is super helpful but some of my non emergency work orders have been sitting for a little while and the office is hard to get things accomplished sometimes. But for the most part I plan on staying for a while!

The apartment is pretty good. I need a new door lock. The inside cabinets are in poor condition as are the baseboards. 3 electrical outlets of a pair are not working. 1 in living room, 1 in kitchen, and one in master bedroom. On the other hand, it is clean, new paint, and all the electrical appliances work well and are also clean. I have no trouble finding parking. the trash disposal and mailbox are within walking distance. The pool and the fitness gym are well maintained.

While I have enjoyed my time here I will say the main downside is the rent prices. It’s in a nice area and relatively quiet. The landscaping is always clean and the staff is nice! The other thing is that if you are going to have the pool close at 9pm then I would find a way to enforce that rule as I have came home at 10 or 11pm and there are multiple people there with little fires going and music blaring (the pool got closed for over a week because people kept leaving trash everywhere)

This is a very safe neighborhood. It is always quiet, which I love. I am glad that I moved in here. However, the appliances are cheap. My dryer has burned my clothes, and I was not compensated.

This is a decent apartment but I would not recommend to anyone. My fiancé and I are very clean people and have found multiple LIVE ROACHES in our home and bedroom area. The apartment facilities say all they can do is have the bug guys spray once a month… but cannot do anything more. Upon moving in the apartment was not cleaned well either. Do not recommend this place if you’re needing long term.
Overall it's been a rally great experience. Property is well maintained and the management company does a great job of attending to maintenance issues. Great community.

First week here...community is very clean. The staff is very friendly from front office to maintenance. Some items in the apartment are a little outdated but they make up for it. Pool hours are nice and long, package room is a nice feature. Love it.

Apartment area is clean and well maintained. Maintenance responds to requests quickly, usually within 24 hours. I like how it is “hidden”. In a perfect location with stores and downtown but most people don’t know it is back here.

Seems like a good apartment. I smell weed coming through the vents sometimes and the speed bumps are ridiculous, but the apartment is nice and has good amenities.
