The waters at bluebonnet is very nice and peaceful.There are so many beautiful views and cool amenities. The office is so organized and maintenance is always available. Plus there’s a lot of fun community events
Allison was very patient and kind during our recent meeting and multiple questions with move in. We also were able to meet several maintenance workers. Mr. Eddie has a very compassionate crew.
Apartments are very nice, and well kept up. The supervisor is very understanding he gets the business clear right away! Just don’t like that they have 2 guess per household so you can’t really have too many family and friends over for a chill day at the pool.
I absolutely adore this place. The staff is incredibly amazing and always ready to assist. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Luv my apartment but the internet is not the best, wish there were more options for internet services. The team here are most helpful and the ease of paying my rent is a plus as well.

I absolutely love these apartments. The staff was very accommodating and answered all of my inquiries with pleasure. As for the complex, just absolutely amazing. When designing the apartment homes, they thought of everything, even things you probably didn't have concerns for. It is absolutely stunning. My advice move in while you can.

Great location in Baton Rouge and excellent staff to provide a clean, safe and well run complex with some very nice apartment amenities. It’s close to both interstates and Costco.

I love living here!!!?????? It so quiet and peaceful. The staff is so nice. Stores are at least a min away like Walmart and Circle K for gas!!! I would recommend anyone to live here

The apartments themselves are spacious, with well-designed layouts. The units feature [stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, spacious closets, balconies, or high-end finishes]. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The soundproofing between units is decent, though some noise may be heard from neighboring apartments at times.

I love it at the Waters at bluebonnet. The atmosphere is beautiful. They have a lot of things to do like playing cornhole with your friends or even swimming in the pool, speaking about the pool IT IS OPEN YEAR AROUND. Yes, I know some of y’all might think well what about the freezing temp, well they do have a fit pit right next to the pool so please think about living at the waters at bluebonnet.

This place is amazing. The interior design is absolutely stunning in the lobby! Staff very welcoming! There game room to hang out. Where you can watch movies or tv, play some board games, pool table and more.The gym have all this basic workout you need.Very convenient! The interior design is very big and spacious! Love the wooden look floors. The best part NO CARPET! Love this play. I feel like the price of the apartment is pretty fair for it to be newly built. Highly recommend!

My unit is perfect. No one has ever lived in it before and everything is brand new. the one bedroom 897 square feet apartment is plenty of room for two.

Besides some confusion over my quote on tour day and my actual lease this apartment complex has been an amazing experience so far. I haven’t had troubles with any other residents yet either. It’s a great place to stay.

I have been here going on two months, this apartment complex is plagued by constant noise disturbances, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Slamming doors. yelling, heavy footsteps and echo through the thin walls at all hours, even late at night. Despite repeated complaints to management the issue persists leaving residents feeling frustrated and unable to enjoy their living space.

I’m so happy here. Beautiful and peaceful. I love my new home. My mother and my fur baby also love it. Centralized to everything. Management is friendly and caring.

i love it here. the apartments complex is very quite but great .. only problem is the parking is not so big for the ones that haven been leasing here first. it a nice building and area. Really great neighbors

Everything was lovely and easy from the tour to moving in...everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything...I would recommend living here to anyone...

I have been surpassed satisfied. The amenities are very great. I had been looking for a luxury apartment to complement my life with a convenience. The waters is in the middle of everything and in close distance from almost anything you can think of.

It has been moving but smooth transition. The community is friendly and welcoming to something new. The rooms are nice sizes everything is upgrade well built.

It has been enjoyable so far . some noise issues in the mornings with music playing. But overall loving the amenities and the front office staff have all been really helpful and pleasant.

Great move experience, the place is new and super clean, the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Love the free starbucks coffee… haven’t tried the gym and game room yet but they look great

It was wonderful. The process was extremely easy and quick. These apartments are close to the Mall of Louisiana and i love that. The staff is very friendly

I really like the gated entry and surrounding entry gates . Very resort like complex . Love the fact that I’m right at the entry . The mail room is very nice . Nothing like stopping in for a smoothie or juice before leaving for work .
