It has been wonderful! The staff is so nice and the community is wonderful. Amazing pool and amenities! Anytime I had an issue, someone came and helped me within an hour of request!

Living at The Waters Apartments has been a positive experience overall. The property is well-kept, with clean common areas and landscaped grounds that give it a comfortable, inviting feel. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff is professional, approachable, and willing to help when issues come up. By far one of the best apartments I’ve lived at. Staff is friendly and holds residents accountable, grounds are clean, noise is minimal (it’s an apartment so some is obviously expected), and I feel like I get my money’s worth. It’s a great location in BR, truly you could not ask for better. I would recommend for anyone!

We absolutely love living here!!!! Our apartment is perfect in every way! It’s new and clean! Anytime we have had a maintenance issue (which is rare) someone comes by to fix it so quickly! The apartment events are so fun and Waters truly goes above and beyond to make those special!
The best apartment experience I've had in Baton rouge! Everyone is so nice and the community is calm and quiet! The office is very communicative as well

So far so good. Loving the amenities. Very convenient to work out in the gym and be able to hit the pool right after. The only inconvenience I have encountered is the coffee station in the lobby needs to be upkept and stocked for the weekend when no one is available to do so. It is a great addition for lazy weekends and hurried weekdays.

I just moved in and it has been so comfortable and the Waters staff and maintenance crew have been helpful! I needed help getting my moving truck out of a tight corner and two crew members helped get me on my way which I couldn’t have done without their help! They really stood out to me that day and went above and beyond!

Apartments are very nice, and well kept up. The supervisor is very understanding he gets the business clear right away! Just don’t like that they have 2 guess per household so you can’t really have too many family and friends over for a chill day at the pool.

Luv my apartment but the internet is not the best, wish there were more options for internet services. The team here are most helpful and the ease of paying my rent is a plus as well.

The open-concept living area is perfect for entertaining, with large windows that flood the space with natural light. The kitchen is a dream, featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking. The bedroom is cozy and tranquil, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. I also appreciate the in-unit laundry, which adds such convenience to my daily routine. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local shops, parks, and public transportation. Overall, this apartment has quickly become my favorite place to call home!

I absolutely love these apartments. The staff was very accommodating and answered all of my inquiries with pleasure. As for the complex, just absolutely amazing. When designing the apartment homes, they thought of everything, even things you probably didn't have concerns for. It is absolutely stunning. My advice move in while you can.

I’ve had an incredible experience so far. Management has been very kind and helpful. All of my work order have been fixed with 24 hours! I could not ask for a better place to live.

The community is amazing! Loving everything already, especially the pool and game room. The staff is always welcoming and helpful with everything.
Great location in Baton Rouge and excellent staff to provide a clean, safe and well run complex with some very nice apartment amenities. It’s close to both interstates and Costco.
