The Vue at Spring Creek

The community is very peaceful and quiet. Maintenance stays on top of requests and my apartment layout is very nice and modern. I’ve enjoyed the community amenities as well as parking :)

Any time I have a concern and I let management know, they are quick to have it resolved. The maintenance guys are very prompt and professional! I love living here!

The apartment is fine. The kitchen appliances are cheap, but functional. The main office seems to close much earlier than the listed hours. The part of town the complex is in kinda sucks.

Quiet community for the most part. Beautiful views & pet friendly. There are 2 dog parks & a pet washing station which is pretty convenient. We have a small gym as well as a pool & volleyball area. The pool unfortunately has not been accessible to residents though for some time -- like 3 yrs but we are currently under new management & its being worked on at least

My husband & I have been residents at The Vue at SpringCreek for 18 months so far & its been great. Its a pretty quiet community & pet friendly. My only complaint is that our pool has been out of service since we've lived here with promises to be fixed but to no end thus far ??

Apartments are newly renovated, and if there’s anything wrong the problem gets resolved in a timely manner. It’s a great community to live in.

Friendly and helpful leasing staff at The Vue at Spring Creek made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! They have been great throughout the entire process.

I have had a great experience with the view! The management team is very helping and good with communication and timely responses. Community has been good!

People don’t pick up after their dogs, pool has taken 2 years to open.

The community is beautiful and overlooks Cheyenne Mountain. I can see The Garden of The Gods from my apartment. The staff is knowledgeable and available. Office hours are accommodating, which is always a plus

Location is good and convenient to getting onto I25. Most people keep to themselves here. Been here for over two years and the pool has never been open. Maintenance guys aren’t great.

It is very calm. It has been a very good experience especially with it being our first apartment. The view towards the mountain is also so amazing.

Staff has been very nice so far and I love the floor plan of my apartment, just enough room to where it feels spacious. I’m glad to have found this place because it has upgraded appliances and a washer and dryer in unit

Very peaceful living, apartment has great Mountain View. Very spacious and beautiful kitchen. Balcony over looks whole view of the town and pikes peak, seeing the lights at night is very pretty.

I blindly applied to move in and I must say the view is everything. I saw the name but I didn’t know they they had an actual beautiful view of the mountains.

The staff are very responsive and friendly and the maintenance team is quick to follow up and complete work orders. It is a nice, quiet property close to everything in Colorado Springs.

The property has amazing views and is centrally located to everything in Colorado Springs. It is quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. The staff is also quick to respond to any concerns/questions you may have. I have lived here over 2 years and have never had any issues and am very pleased.

Living at an apartment has been a mostly positive experience. It's convenient having amenities like a gym, pool, and maintenance services just steps away, and the location makes it easy to get to work, restaurants, and stores. The community atmosphere is nice too, it’s easy to meet new people just around the building. Of course, there are a few downsides, like occasional noise from neighbors and limited parking spaces, but overall, the convenience and lifestyle make apartment living a great option, especially for someone who values flexibility and a low-maintenance home.

Everyone within the complex is really nice and will try and be flexible with things. They are great and welcomed us and our dogs no problems.

Cars got messed up and broke into. Management does not know to fix most of the problems. Pool never open and neighborhood smells like weeds most nights

My move in process was easy, the community is quiet. Management is good with communication and get back to me quick. Everything has been good!

Great environment , great community and the people at leasing office are amazing . I love how they solve any issues you have within in a timely manner and respond to your questions .

I’ve had a good stay in another apartment on this property. But this new apartment I’m in is cursed with everything being broken and not being able to sleep because of porous windows, and sounds like I’m sleeping on an airport runway. This all taking 6 months to fix it and we’re maybe 50% fixed. Most issues require 2 or 3 visits from the vendors to actually fix the issue.

The staff here were always so helpful and nice. The view from my apartment was the best view in the Springs. The only complaint would be something that is totally out of the property's control but kudos for adding on the gate in the front to help with said issue!

The entire process was super fast ,super easy not to mention the staff was great! I love my new apartment!! I can't wait to use the pool this summer!

It’s been good so far; a little inconsistencies/ inconveniences here and there but nothing major. Wish windows were a little more insulated and there had been a microwave! The insulation is also something worth mentioning given this is a cold state and temperatures fluctuate frequently.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I felt welcomed from the very beginning. The complex is nice and quiet while also feeling safe to be in. I’m excited to be staying here

Love it here in this community. Vibrant Space and the apartments are amazing. Cant forget about the view. The best part of it all is looking out to the mountains.

As a new resident my experience has been great! The management team has been fantastic and super helpful with all my questions! Everything has been done in such a timely manner, overall the community and amenities so far have made this a positive experience.

Eric was great. The apartment was not ready to move in to be honest I'm just having to make it work. Not what I expected or what I signed up for.

Amazing customer service. Eric and Maggie were very nice and helpful from the beginning and are always available to answer any questions we have.

It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. I really like the location as it is a “tucked back” corner and there is not a lot of businesses surrounding it. There is residential houses to the north and south. The roads are not as busy. It is a quick drive down the road from I-25. The places I usually shop are all within ten minutes.

The office staff/management and maintenance team are always professional, courteous and friendly The entire process and move transition was smooth and easy. Upon moving I was welcome so warmly into the community

The area is nice. The apartments are clean & the grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly. They allow up to 3 pets with pet fees of course, but perfect for our little family. Very Dog friendly too.

It’s alright, units have some issues. Pricing is reasonable. Would like to see some more maintenance done. The Vue at spring creek is a nice place to live though.

It’s a nice little neighborhood without too many surrounding businesses. It’s quiet. Lots of neighbors with dogs and I really love seeing all the dogs. Apartment is clean and the upgrades are nice. Nice little community

Maggie has been wonderful to work with! So far, 3 days in, everything is fine! No obnoxious loud noises, grounds are nice, wish the pool was open but I am feeling comfortable in my own home!

I really like living at the Vue, I love the atmosphere and the extra amenities, especially the fitness center. Because the apartments are recently renovated, everything is nice and up to date

The View is a great place to live if you love living in Peace and a great management/maintenance team

Office staff is wonderful and attentive :) move in was swift the apartment it self is not perfect perfect but I appreciate the washer and dryer and sink faucets etc

Not a bad apartment complex, they have been increasing security to help with break ins and maintenance has always been great. They recently upgraded the community gym but the pool has been unusable since they closed it in the summer of 2022. I'd rate 8/10.
