I love the location, which is near everything in Colorado Springs. I also love the layout of my apt. and the staff is always helpful if there are any issues.
The Vue has been a quiet and safe place for me to live. I love the view from my balcony and Eric and Marcus are helpful and friendly.
Nice community, that is pet friendly and has a dog washing station and so much more. The staff is great & neighborhood/neighbors are friendly
Well I have been in a lot of places and this is by far the best that I've encounter.

The apartment is fine. The kitchen appliances are cheap, but functional. The main office seems to close much earlier than the listed hours. The part of town the complex is in kinda sucks.

Quiet community for the most part. Beautiful views & pet friendly. There are 2 dog parks & a pet washing station which is pretty convenient. We have a small gym as well as a pool & volleyball area. The pool unfortunately has not been accessible to residents though for some time -- like 3 yrs but we are currently under new management & its being worked on at least

My husband & I have been residents at The Vue at SpringCreek for 18 months so far & its been great. Its a pretty quiet community & pet friendly. My only complaint is that our pool has been out of service since we've lived here with promises to be fixed but to no end thus far ??

We are so sorry the pool has been closed for so long, but excited to announce it is now open! We will do our best to keep it open as long as the weather allows and hope our residents enjoy the beautiful views of leaves changing colors on Pikes Peak from the pool.
Apartments are newly renovated, and if there’s anything wrong the problem gets resolved in a timely manner. It’s a great community to live in.

The community is beautiful and overlooks Cheyenne Mountain. I can see The Garden of The Gods from my apartment. The staff is knowledgeable and available. Office hours are accommodating, which is always a plus

Location is good and convenient to getting onto I25. Most people keep to themselves here. Been here for over two years and the pool has never been open. Maintenance guys aren’t great.

Staff has been very nice so far and I love the floor plan of my apartment, just enough room to where it feels spacious. I’m glad to have found this place because it has upgraded appliances and a washer and dryer in unit

Very peaceful living, apartment has great Mountain View. Very spacious and beautiful kitchen. Balcony over looks whole view of the town and pikes peak, seeing the lights at night is very pretty.

The property has amazing views and is centrally located to everything in Colorado Springs. It is quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. The staff is also quick to respond to any concerns/questions you may have. I have lived here over 2 years and have never had any issues and am very pleased.

Living at an apartment has been a mostly positive experience. It's convenient having amenities like a gym, pool, and maintenance services just steps away, and the location makes it easy to get to work, restaurants, and stores. The community atmosphere is nice too, it’s easy to meet new people just around the building. Of course, there are a few downsides, like occasional noise from neighbors and limited parking spaces, but overall, the convenience and lifestyle make apartment living a great option, especially for someone who values flexibility and a low-maintenance home.

Cars got messed up and broke into. Management does not know to fix most of the problems. Pool never open and neighborhood smells like weeds most nights

I’ve had a good stay in another apartment on this property. But this new apartment I’m in is cursed with everything being broken and not being able to sleep because of porous windows, and sounds like I’m sleeping on an airport runway. This all taking 6 months to fix it and we’re maybe 50% fixed. Most issues require 2 or 3 visits from the vendors to actually fix the issue.

The staff here were always so helpful and nice. The view from my apartment was the best view in the Springs. The only complaint would be something that is totally out of the property's control but kudos for adding on the gate in the front to help with said issue!

It’s been good so far; a little inconsistencies/ inconveniences here and there but nothing major. Wish windows were a little more insulated and there had been a microwave! The insulation is also something worth mentioning given this is a cold state and temperatures fluctuate frequently.

It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. I really like the location as it is a “tucked back” corner and there is not a lot of businesses surrounding it. There is residential houses to the north and south. The roads are not as busy. It is a quick drive down the road from I-25. The places I usually shop are all within ten minutes.

The area is nice. The apartments are clean & the grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly. They allow up to 3 pets with pet fees of course, but perfect for our little family. Very Dog friendly too.

It’s alright, units have some issues. Pricing is reasonable. Would like to see some more maintenance done. The Vue at spring creek is a nice place to live though.

It’s a nice little neighborhood without too many surrounding businesses. It’s quiet. Lots of neighbors with dogs and I really love seeing all the dogs. Apartment is clean and the upgrades are nice. Nice little community

Love it here, Im having a great time and the apartment plus community is amazing. Very comfortable and it’s a quiet space. Gym is nice and View is great.

Maggie has been wonderful to work with! So far, 3 days in, everything is fine! No obnoxious loud noises, grounds are nice, wish the pool was open but I am feeling comfortable in my own home!

I really like living at the Vue, I love the atmosphere and the extra amenities, especially the fitness center. Because the apartments are recently renovated, everything is nice and up to date
