Property Ratings at The Vue at Chapel Hills
This complex was high on my list of options, it’s older but they are doing a number of total renovations. Even though I ended up going with a place closer to Denver, I have to say that Jordan was wonderful and I know she would’ve been great to work with!
the apartments are really sketchy, the management doesn't seem to be very active with the community. my bf and I looked at a room because we're moving out together and this was just really dirty feeling. the only good thing about this place was the view, it's right behind the walmart and across the street from the chapel hills mall. you can see pikes peak and it's a breathtaking view. unfortunately, the balcony didn't have any safety rail in front (they said it'd be repaired by next week) and only half the lights worked in the apartment they showed us. yikes.
