The Vivere Lofts

The community is small, so thats nice. The buildings are older so keep that in mind. The gym needs to be revamped, its not that great of an amenity to have die to its lack of equipment. The package lockers are pretty cool.

You get what you paid for, I love the apartment and the community, however with the constant issues we have in our apartment I understand why it was cheaper than surrounding complexes.

Vivere Lofts are luxurious apartments nestled in the heart of the OC. These apartments have brought my husband and I community with a wonderful Church (Saddleback) within walking distance among other entertainment and food eateries. The space, location, amenities, and features provided are hard to come by in a single complex which makes Vivere Lofts a diamond in the rough. We have been living here for 2 years now and plan to live here a few more! It's our home until we have a real home to own. You won't find another complex like this anywhere else in Anaheim!

The staff are absolutely amazing! So kind and accommodating. Very impressed about how much they care and are so incredibly kind.

I already mentioned that need pest control at least once a week, also need to clean the swimming pool at least twice a week. Maintenance should be more prompt and elevator should be more speedy. Thank you so much !

My partner and I have lived at the Vivere Lofts for one month now and we absolutely love our new home. There is a strong sense of community and a wide variety of tenants. It is conveniently located and getting to your unit is hassle free. There is plenty of stairway access for those who tend to avoid elevators like myself. There is a good amount of amenities that although I do not take advantage of, are excellent additions to the property. Maintenance staff is prompt and professional. Our leasing office manager, Daisy, has been so helpful and incredibly patient and friendly! Vance has also been of great assistance to us. We will definitely be renewing our lease or upgrading to a bigger unit when the time is due!

Quiet, respectful, and clean community. Excellent management and maintenance team with good communication and friendly overall. Love the area and all the amenities that the place has to offer.

Great building thus far, I have a corner unit on the top floor and tend to be a loud gamer. But no plaints so the walls and floors, ceiling are all built solid! Kind staff when they are in the office and maintenance AMAZING.

This is a very beautiful and quiet community with great amenities and an even better location. The apartments are very spacious with great views throughout the apartment.

Everyone working at Vivere makes you feel like a family member. Kitsia, Juan, Maria, Diana, Alex, I could go on and on, they really are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They remember things about you, important events in your life, milestones, ask your about work and family, you name itthey make you feel like youre valued and important. They also treat my dog Potato like hes their dog, which is great because he loves all of them so much. Everyone replies to your inquiries within like a day or so. So you never have an ongoing unresolved issue. Its quiet here which is awesome considering we are on a busy street. Location is perfect being so close to Disney, the stadium, and the Honda Center. I do wish there was a grocery store nearby. That might be the only set back. Apart from that, I love loving here. We are only moving because of a job relocation. Oh yes, the units are VERY spacious omg the storage attics here could be another bedroom, theyre HUGE! Anyway, I love it here. Its the little gem on Katella. Tiny little place beside all of the monstrous hundred building, we are tiny tight knit group here, and I love it! PS: all of the neighbors are super nice too. Gym, pool, and spa is always clean. Move here! You wont regret it!

Former glamorous building that has been allowed to get rundown. Small parts of the property were remodeled making the spaces less useful.

Vivere Lofts offers modern, luxurious, and convenient living in the heart of the Platinum Triangle. Close to all Anaheim has to offer including Disneyland, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and The Ducks - to name a few. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents and the facilities personnel handle all requests in very timely manner. The property is quiet and the people are friendly. 100% would recommend to anyone looing to move to the Anaheim area!

The sense of community here is awesome!

Water shutdowns every few weeks. Elevator not working every other month. People getting stuck in elevator multiple times. Leasing office not responsive at all & will justify issues. Not professional on top of that. Bummer found in gym bathroom. Bummer stole neighbor’s new bicycle. If you need larger floor plan (900 sq ft plus) and don’t care about all the issues and cons, this could be your place.

Overall, it's a standard to fair community. Rent is reasonable for square footage received. However, when having to compare rent to amenities, building offerings, resident events, and cleanliness it can be considered a negative, there would be other communities that offer more superiority of the above.

Overall a fantastic place to live in a great location! Close to all that Anaheim and inland OC has to offer.

Great place to live from day one! Management has been nothing short of amazing in responding to questions requests, etc. same goes for the facilities team! 5 Starsrs!

I have been living at the Vivere Lofts for about 6 months and my experience has been great so far. The staff are all professional and friendly and always willing to help when needed. The building is well maintained and clean. Guest parking is available which is a huge plus in this area - it is well regulated ( parking passes are required which is great so no random people can park). They have security on site which is also great - and always respond if there has been any issues and concerns. Neighbors are lovely and friendly which is always appreciated.

Vivere - this is the place to live if you want a small, dog-friendly community centrally located in Anaheim. The amenities are on point and because it's such a small community, it's almost never overcrowded. Kind of a hidden gem in Anaheim now as there are only 90-units whereas the already and soon to be apartment complexes are 200-400 units. Also, if you're looking for lofts then this is the place to go. The apartments go fast though so if you see one for rent, jump on it! People are super friendly and is walking distance to Zovs or Angel stadium, or a short uber to the breweries. The whole community is coming up. I'd say there are only two downsides or things to keep in mind: (1) guest parking is a little scarce although there is more than other adjacent complexes. Hopefully this gets better whenever they finish the market street across the way. (2) construction - new apartments and Vivere II are going up all around so it's hard to avoid. They start every day at 7am or earlier and sometimes work in the weekend. Shutting the windows helps but then you have to run your AC all day. Also, the dust constantly gets on the patio kind of making cleaning or use of the patio useless. However, I love it here, been here over a year now. But I can't wait for construction to end.

I've been living here for nearly a year. The apartments are modern and practical. The premises are clean and great pet community. Visitor parking could be better but it's better than most. I've moved around for years and this has been one of the best places to live. Leasing office people are great!

It seems the leasing office handles so many inquiries, getting hold of an agent seems near impossible. Once a resident, however, the experience changes dramatically. The building amenities are vast. First, and foremost, there are roughly 25 visitor stalls per 100 units compared to nearby buildings that have 5 visitor stalls per 100 units. Next, there is an onsite pool, spa, gym, community center, and business center. With such few units, these amenities are rarely used and are like new. Nearby, one will find restaurants, shopping, fast food, a gas station, and a hotel, all within walking distance. Not to mention, the building is in walking distance to Angel Stadium and Honda Center. Several residents even walk to games. This building was originally built to be sold as condo's and the intent went as far as a recorded condo-map. Instead, it was sold to a leasing company that runs it as a first class luxury apartment building. All in all, the building is well run, amenity rich, and in an up-and-coming area. Getting in the front door may be difficult, but it's worth it if you keep trying.
