Property Ratings at The Vista
I lived at this apartment complex for 6 years. The apartment management will find fees to add on to your rent and they will increase rent without notice. Even the smaller units are expensive as much as the larger apartments somewhere else. The previous management CWS did an great job of maintaining the property but, once Roscoe Property Management took over they were not on top of things as the management before. Trash will be left on the property for days and maintenance were not as prompt as before. I always felt micromanaged living there the entire time I lived there. I felt like I was there but I was never comfortable to call it a home. It's expensive to live there and although the apartments are nice, it's just not worth what you are paying.

Neighbors leave trash out for days and caused maggots to enter my apartment twice in 2 weeks. Move In and see how the management and RPM handle any major problems that come your way, YIKES. If you had asked me months ago, I would say living here all the years were GREAT but if you ask me today… 1/10 do not recommend

I have lived here for 3 months and can’t get rid of the roaches. Pest control came out one time but it was like they sprayed with water and sugar because more roaches came out. I’m not a a dirty person I clean everyday and we have valet trash 5 times a week so I’m constantly throwing out the trash but nothing works. Yes the staff is friendly but this doesn’t make up for what you are paying for and have to deal with.

We love The Vista! Great amenities for the price and even better service. The maintenance staff and front office staff are top notch!
Amazing location, great prices. Most importantly though: extremely responsive staff. Since I've moved here I've made a few service calls. Not many and always routine stuff. Every single time I've made one they've fixed the issue in under 24 hours. Their level of service is extraordinary. I love living here. You will too. Note: I was not pressured, paid or compensated in any way to write this review. I've seen some of the negative reviews and I honestly have no idea what they are talking about. I've never been treated rudely ever and when I signed my second lease here I was made fully aware of everything, got a copy of the lease as well.
The Vista are a brand new apartment complex that is family and pet friendly. It offers all the amenities that you would like, pool, gym, grills, secure entrance. Conveniently located near tons of shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, Sea World, Six Flags. Great school district. 1-3 bedrooms with all new appliances, washer/dryer hookups, garages and plenty of resident snd visitor parking. We have several resident events throughout the year at no cost to residents. It's a great place to live with grest people.
There are a lot of good aspects with living in this complex. It's a smaller complex so it's a pretty quiet place, they keep up with the cleanliness and maintenance of the grounds to keep it looking new. They have a great pool that is well maintained and never to packed. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me, and the few maintenance requests I have placed have always been handled quickly and efficiently (ex: change air filters). As I mentioned there are some small issues such as the barbecue grills at the pool always seem to be out of service and under maintenance each time I want to use them. Also in front of my building the parking is scarce and there have been several occasions where I have to even park multiple buildings away. Gets frustrating after a while, but with all the great amenities it's still worth living here as I stated over all this is a really good complex to live in!
It's a great place to live. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are affordable, all updated and beand new complex, and have all the amenities you could ask for. They hold alot of events for the tennants which is great.
I love living in my current luxury residence, area of location is convenient and safe. My rent however is extremely too much for a 1 bedroom, so I'm hoping to WIN FREE RENT FOR LIFE!
